The bed is definitely worth every …
The bed is definitely worth every penny. The delivery guys are extremely efficient while doing their work, which includes putting the bed together for the customer, something I would have struggled with.
The customer service is splendid. One gets all the information they require regards the suitability of the bed to the customer.
Oh, and they have beautiful 'påslakanset' too!
I definitely recommend them.

We bought a king-size bed that was on display. The salesman said that the mattresses have a cover that could be removed and washed, when the beds arrived it wasn't the case, the covers for the mattresses couldn't be taken off. This could also be our fault for forgetting to check at the shop. In addition, when the beds arrived the delivery was missing the headrest pillow which I had to go collect myself. When we called to complain about the mistake the salesman did, we were told we are being stubborn into arguing something he didn't say when in fact me and my wife both heard him say it. That was unnecessary and we settled with what we got even though we threw away both mattresses since their covers couldn't be washed and they were nasty since it was the demo beds.
