Shipping preparation takes over 2 weeks
I have placed two orders with senior.com. Last time they printed the label and after 2 weeks I called them and said the shipping label has been printed but the item has still not been shipped. Then they finally shipped it. This is my second time ordering and the same thing is happening. I ordered my item on July 28 and now it is August 11 and the tracking status only says label printed -- preparing to ship. This has been going on for two weeks and they said they ship within 4 days. This is NOT true.
Rollz is a really nice dual purpose rollator
It took a long time to get my rollz but when it showed up it was as advertised, packed very well and undamaged. Special thanks to supervisor Alex who went out of his way to investigate why my order was late.

Delivery of item ordered was timely. However, I feel like I was tricked into ordering extended service. It was automatically added to my order without me having to explicitly select it. Sent note to Customer Service requesting a refund for the extended service, but have had no response nor have I seen a credit to my credit card.

I had a great experience with Senior.com. I went to their store in person and was impressed with the selection. The staff, especially Alex, is knowledgable and pleasure to deal with. Alex patiently helped me out with a recliner for my mom and went above and beyond to get her a special part for the chair after the sale. I can't recommend Alex enough!

Do not Buy from Senior.com - Horrible customer service!
They advertise to seniors and do not disclose that a restocking fee is charged if the item does nor work for them as advertised. Also, it takes 3 weeks for an approval to return and 4+for a refund. I'm saying 4+ weeks because I still have not received a refund. Seniors would not buy if they new in advance that there is a restocking charge. To order something unseen for a senior and then still no refund for more than 4 weeks. Of course shipping on top of that had to be paid again. I opened the box for my mother and set it up and we immediately knew it would not work for her because she could not open and close the walker without my help and it was not easy for me either. They do not care. The entire transaction was disappointing and felt like fraud was being committed. Still waiting on refund.

Horrible experience. Ordered a $2200 item, an upbed, on June 12, 2025. Told it ships 1 to 2 weeks. They gave no tracking #, anywhere, and on the 4th wk after order, I had to contact them asking "where is the tracking #? Took 5 phone calls until someone finally contacted me, who didn't have a tracking number#, and I was told it was at a 3rd party shipping company, who was trying to contact me. But, this 3rd party shipping company had a phone number for me, that was a number I never had! Also Senior.com HAD my present # on file under my account. Finally I'm given a # to call the shipping company, placing the responsibility on me, the paying customer. THEY should have corrected THEIR screw up, not me! I also paid $350 for "white glove delivery" which meant they would put together the bed and set it up in working condition. The delivery 2 guys had NEVER set up this product beforehand they try assembling it WITHOUT the directions, like Mo, Larry, and Curly. Of course they did it all wrong, and I had to ask them for the directions and tell them how to do it properly! They were going to leave it all wrong and pull away from my house. THIS, is what I paid $350 for? I recommend you steer away from this company because of their incredibly bad service and delivery practices. Other item I ordered from them in the past took forever to arrive and I had to constantly call them to ask "where is my product". I'd give them NO stars but Trustpilot requires at least 1 star.
Still Waiting After Seven Months—No Item, No Refund
I placed an order with Senior.com in late December 2024 and still, nearly seven months later, have not received the product I paid for. A few days after ordering, I was notified that the item had been delivered—except it hadn’t. I was home the entire day, and nothing ever arrived.
I contacted Senior.com, and they reached out to FedEx, who insisted the package had been delivered. Senior.com said they’d file a claim and let me know when it was resolved. I heard nothing for over a month. When I followed up in late February, I was told the initial claim had been denied but that it was being escalated and I’d have an update in 1–3 days. Again—radio silence for over a month.
In early April, I followed up again and requested a refund or replacement, as it had now been five months. I was told customer service couldn’t authorize that and that they would pass my request along to management. I was also told the FedEx claim was still open. Another month passed with no contact.
By mid-May, I reached out to FedEx myself. Their automated system confirmed the second claim had been denied, and when I finally got a representative on the phone, I was told they couldn’t share details with me because the shipper—Senior.com—had filed the claim.
I contacted Senior.com yet again and was told, once more, that customer service couldn’t help me and that they’d escalate to management. Now, it’s mid-June. Still no product. Still no refund. Still no communication.
While the initial issue may have stemmed from FedEx, I didn’t purchase this item from FedEx—I purchased it from Senior.com. And despite months of follow-ups, I have received neither the item I ordered nor any resolution. The complete lack of accountability or customer support is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against ordering from this company.
