Here's My Experience!
So I paid to receive the service for a 100mil deposit into my account.
I thought they were a scam because I didnt hear from them for 4 days.
So I actually ended up leaving their discord and wrote them a bad review on trust pilot.
Within the hour I wrote the bad review they actually emailed me. And said
"Hello sir, we apologize for the delay caused in your xbox order due to limited staff. Please create a ticket on our server or reply to this email and we'll help you out real quick. Thanks
Senior unlocks."
I reply back and said...
"Hello,
I now understand that you are busy due to limited staff. Circumstances like that needs to be "communicated" to your customers so they can be "rest assured" that they will indeed receive the service they paid for."
Long story short.. I told them I'd remove my bad review if they take care of my order
And so I asked for a pre modded acct and they made me an account with over 500mil
Here's My Conclusion
What makes me really appreciate Senior Unlocks is that due to the inconvenience of their limited staff, they showed great businessmanship by giving me more than what I asked for due to their mistakes.
That was the perfect example of how to take care of your costumers.
So for that, I appreciate them, trust them and I recommend to go with these guys!
