I love Senita for their fabulous products and reasonable prices, but what keeps me shopping with them is their amazing customer service. I recently had a mix up and received the incorrect color of an item. I emailed customer service, but since it was after business hours was not expecting an immediate response. I should have known better. :) Within just a few MINUTES, I had received a note of apology, a return shipping label, an order notice for the correct item, and a discount code for my trouble. No muss no fuss. Ashley at Senita is a rock star!

The customer service is amazing. After my very first order, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I sent an email and someone got back to me right away and fixed my mistake. I love how personal the emails are_ you know you are connecting with a real person. Anytime I've had an issue, someone has always been there to help me and I've always been very pleased with the result. The prices for the clothes are very reasonable. The styles are awesome, fun, and flattering at great prices! I am a yoga instructor and since my first Senita purchase, my entire wardrobe has basically become exclusively Senita! I love how it feels like a small, personal company. I enjoy the fun "drops" and looking at the pictures of the new clothes. My only complaint is that I wish there was free shipping. $75 is a lot to spend to get free shipping. It would be better if it was at least lowered to a $40 minimum (so you could get it with a pair of paints) or just always free!

I got my order quickly and everything I ordered fit well for the most part. I'm a bit picky when it comes to bras so one might take some getting used to. But I love the material.

Amazing price and quality. I still have leggings from 5 years ago!
