Order Not received
We were buying from Senorita sparkles Ltd from last one year. Every thing was good but now we have places an order on 5th July 2022 and we didn't get it yet. We try many time to contact but there is no response. Today I get contact from there Facebook page and I asked about our order and I am shocked to here that the owner has been changed and we can't do any thing for you about your order. Very disappointed

Hello Muhammad , yes correct we have already been speaking over Facebook messenger regarding this situation. Therefore this review is invalid to our website … your purchase was made with the previous owners through the wholesale website which is completely separate from the retail website which we now own. As previously advised the payment was not sent to us. It would of been sent to the owner of the wholesale website where you placed your order ,which we do not own. We understand your frustration and apologise for this , however this is out of our hands as completely separate and your review does not reflect us.
