I ordered an item in December. Have not received it and now they refuse to answer my emails. They have my money yet I will not receive my order. This company is a scam!!!! Do not trust them!!!!!
Company provides poor customer service. Ordered a product, only received a portion of my order. Took 4 weeks to arrive, when shipping explains max 14 days. Reached out for remaining items and was told would ship in a few days. Waiting almost 2 weeks and reached out for confirmation item has indeed shipped. No response. Waited another 3 days and attempted to obtain a refund. Have yet to receive a response. Would avoid buying products from this company. They also only allow 5 star reviews on their products, so everything has a perfect review. I reviewed a product and they did not post. Almost everything I have seen on their site is sold elsewhere, often at lower prices. Highly recommend avoiding this company.
