Sense of Decor - not as advertised. Cheap looking and feel art wall. Even was damaged and I'm responsible for the return shipping costs. Only communicate is by email. DON'T BUY

I purchased a large wall hanging picture. The box was damaged and the frame was twisted. I showed them pictures and the box, etc.. I said it probably could be fixed and asked a friend of mine if they could do it and they said yes, but it would be about $35 to straighten out the frame. I paid over 100 and something dollars for it to begin with sense of decor agreed that they would give me a $35 refund so I waited and waited and waited and no refund came then when I contacted them, they said oops sorry it’s now over 30 days so we can’t issue a refund. I contacted them right away. They’re the ones that waited over 30 days not me. I would never buy from this company or trust them again. I have emails to prove everything that I said.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've heard their product is of extreme poor quality, but they also involve themselves with sending spam emails. I've been in their "email hel*" for over 3 months now. It's against the law, but their Tech Dept can't figure out how to delete me in their system - very sad company. Don't trust them - once they get your info - EVEN IF YOU NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM - you can never get out of the hell. I filed a BBB complaint and they failed to respond. I tried to "unsubscribe" for their junk, but my computer warns me it's a dangerous link.

Don’t fall for it . The quality is terrible . Even at the holiday deep discounts, it way over priced and junk .
They do not provide a return label so the customer is responsible for the return fee which turns out to be more then the value of the crappy product so you’re going to be stuck with a bad piece of “art!”

Don't do it, IT IS JUNK.

Cheap and overpriced. Reviews on their site are dishonest and they will not display negative reviews; I'm sure there are many.
You'll be extremely disappointed if you invest in the upgraded framing...it's not as described. Too bad, because I love the positive messages, but the framing and overall appearance is cheap in production and quality. They also use more than 1 name for this business/company, but it's the same low quality product.
