I dealt with Alex who was brilliant and made him self available at all times to help could recommend anyone better he helped find my beautiful new car which is just wow and found the best deal available for me can’t praise him enough for his work. Manners go along way and this guy is as polite as they come!

I can’t believe am putting in bad review with moneybarn and sensible car finance
I got official approval of £11263 threw sensible car finance and for moneybarn to decline me on my bank statement showing I was gambling it feel like I can’t even have a life absolutely ridiculous answer to decline me what am I suppose to do just stop my life from having fun and having great time with my family na yous are absolutely disgusting bunch of peoples for judging people by the cover of the book I will not be standing here and let you dick take my life and how I should live my life

Definitely not be recommended yous guy no more
I have a car on finance with moneybarn now and all I wanted to do is trade it in and to get better car for me and my family and kids but yous have to be sick about it

I will be taking this to the oudbudsman service too !!!!!!!!

No one to take the time to write reviews but this one is necessary, Alex and his team have literally helped me on a huge scale, Alex understood what I needed and the urgency and he took the challenge on head first, nothing was too much trouble but mostly he was 1 step ahead at all times & kept me updated,I has 100% confidence in his abilities and he did not disappoint!!

Dealt with Alex Leone throughout my car buying process, and he was an absolute gent. Explained the whole process thoroughly, was extremely accommodating with when he could call me, the vehicle I was looking for etc.
Was never pushy, and made the process very easy, and painless.

Applied for car finance as they say they can help people that have a poor credit history, within a day after applying I had an email and text message saying I had been approved and I can start looking for my new car 😁 Due to work commitments it took me a couple of days to start my search but in the meantime I had more texts and emails saying I had been approved and if I wanted help in choosing my new car to contact them. I spent my 2 days off work looking at various dealers and on the Sensible Car Finance site searching for my new car. Exited with the prospect of a new set of wheels I made some selections and contacted Sensible Car Finance by text and called them up. I was promised a call back in a couple hours to finalize things as I had been approved, 3 days later NOTHING 😡 no response, no emails, no texts. That was until last night at 10pm when I got an email from a Finance Company I never heard of saying my application for finance had been denied ! My days of searching wasted, dreams down the toilet, not happy 😡

Edit to my post, just had another text and email today 4/8/23 at 12.02 saying I'm still APPROVED, in Capital letters of course, these guys don't quit 🤣

Also Sensible Car Finance want this post removed as it has upset them with "harmful or illegal content" really ?

Another update to my review. On the 22/8/23 I received a text and email from Sensible Car Finance saying that yet again I have been APPROVED for car finance 🤨 Also an email from Trust Pilot saying that Sensible Car Finance believe I have reviewed the incorrect company and want my review removed 😂 In the meantime I recieved an apology email from Sensible Car Finance saying they are sorry and are investigating my situation. They are really desperate to get this review removed 🤨 I also notice they have blocked another 1 star review on this site. How can a company dictate what reviews can and cannot be shown, how many more 1 star reviews have they successfully blocked to give people a false representation of a company, surely this is just plain bullying 😡 More updates as they come.

My Finance expert was Alex an he was amazing, he helped me out tremendously. My case took abit longer than usual due to what I could afford. Alex was with me every step of the way. Always on the end of the phone answering any question I asked or a message. Found the best deal and car for me and my family. If anyone wants a finance and car best tailored for them then ask for Alex leone. Very professional top guy.

My husband initially started discussing option with Alex who was really impressed with him. He was on it and was constantly sending us cars to look at which all matched what we were looking for. I ended up doing an application, again with Alex, as I had a better rate offered.
Customer service was impeccable, I cannot fault Alex at all. He was brilliant, honest and really helpful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to get a car on finance in the future.

I had dealt with Alex all the way. He was absolutely amazing from the start, very patient, professional and knew his stuff. There was no pressure at all! I found a car that was in cannock and could only collect on a certain day. Alex pushed and monitored that payout every hour. He even messaged to ask how the car was after I got it.
