Item exactly as expected... really happy with the quality.
Would be 5 stars if stock status was shown clearly at the point of sale, and communications weren’t initially iffy. Very helpful in the end, and threw in a free footy for the delay. Would definitely recommend.

I have yet to receive what I ordered let alone any shipping details! Then I get an email asking for a review of my order!! I understand times are tough but been waiting 10 days now with no notification of it even being dispatched!

Brought a practice net, came with a bit missing. Emailed them and they replied with in the hour saying they will ship a new bit out. Came with in 3 days. Great service n very polite

I ordered some agility poles for my sons Christmas present. I hadn't recieved my order so emailed Scott to find out an expected delivery date. It turned out there had been a problem with the courier. Scott sorted this out immediately and I received the goods a couple of days later. Scott's customer service was fantastic. I will definitely be using Sensible Soccer again.

Great service, I ordered two items and only one was delivered (an issue with the delivery company not the websites fault) and the response was quick and effective and really helpfully. Will be ordering again for sure!

The items are really good and a great price. My dilemma is the items were a Christmas present so had a different delivery address to billing address. unfortunately the items came to the billing address now my son has his Christmas present early which is rather annoying now I have to buy him something else as a surprise.

Top company and top service, really loved getting all the info I needed to get a top QuickPlay football net and I-pro balls. Time to get back into it.
