I ended up finding lights with better technology and went to return the lights from Sensorbrite. Sensorbrite has no customer service phone number. There's nobody at the chat. They send a chat back when you're not there and give you instructions for returning fat burning clothes. When you follow the instructions, it reads "Order Not Found". This is going to be a nightmare to return these lights. And they're telling me the return has to be to the original payment method. Well, my card is closed due to fraudulent activity. Just don't put yourself through this with this sham of a company.
