This is a small business that has an amazing selection of sensory items. I purchased 2 chews for my son who has ASD. The items were delivered fast and well made. We also enjoyed the selection of lanyard designs. Good value for money. I would also give extra points for the shop name. We love it.

Brilliant range of products, as an autistic adult with high sensory needs with chewing, the customisation and the different designs and textures work brilliantly for me as a more intense chewer. The customer service is amazing, nothing is too much to ask and any question, even if it might seem a bit silly, is always answered and anyone is always happy to help. I have used most of the pendants that come in pink and they all work really well for me as a stronger more aggressive chewer. I’d recommend these chews to anyone with special needs like me who needs them.

Process was great and professional

I previously ordered a few items but have recently become aware of a situation involving the owner where a vulnerable autistic person was subjected to a campaign of abusive and discriminatory behaviour, by multiple people, over a period of several years. This destroyed their quality of life and put them in significant danger. Abbi was involved in this at various stages, and repeatedly made excuses and enabled the behaviour to continue. As an autistic person, I don't feel comfortable supporting a company that views this as acceptable, particularly one that builds its reputation around being supportive of autistic people.

I originally edited my previous positive review to add this information. Since then I have received an abusive private message from the owner ("F*** you Sarah), and been reported several times to try and get my review removed. This was eventually successful as I didn't have documentation of a purchase (having bought directly from the vendor). There are also multiple new reviews written by people involved in the abuse and their relatives. I don't want to get into a battle over this, but I do feel it's really important that people speak out in situations like this as it's so easy for people to distort and cover up abusive behaviour, so I made a small purchase in order to write a review. This was refunded without explanation.

Edit due to owner's comment below: I have not been contacted by police, and have done nothing illegal. What is described as "ongoing harassment across multiple platforms", literally refers to this review (which is true and in line with the site's policies), and two messages on Facebook posts (made after she got my review temporarily taken down) in which I screenshotted her own abusive message to me.

While I have no intention of "harassing" anyone, I do think it's important to respond to this, as the comment below distorts the facts, and seems to be an attempt to intimidate and discredit me.
