I cannot recommend this company any…

I cannot recommend this company any less.
The zip on my son’s shoes he has only worn inside broke within 2 months and this was not considered a “manufacturing fault” which is bizarre.
Roxana was most unhelpful on email, I’d suggest using a different company going forward

Absolutely disgusting and toxic customer service

We ordered a seamless vest to go under our son's back brace. We had been given 2 by the hospital but in order to make sure we always had a clean one we bought 2 more to go in the wash cycle. Two more cost us £50 plus postage. Within less than 2 months one has warped and the elastic was exposed. I sent a picture asking for a replacement and refund and was told I hadn't looked after them properly. When I told them I'd followed all the instructions Roxana asked me for photos of it and photos to compare them with the ones we got from the hospital. The photos I originally sent showed how terrible the quality was but I duly sent pictures to compare. Eventually, after several emails back and forth they asked me to send it back so they could inspect it. My child had not worn it for some time due to it's terrible condition, so sent it back and I received the rudest email I've ever received about how it was soiled and they didn't want to touch it and to ensure I washed things before I returned anything in the future. I was eventually given a refund but only after I'd threatened trading standards. Roxana was a horrible person to deal with, no customer care, rude and accusatory. When you're parenting children with SEN and disabilities life is already a fight, without awful people I'm the world like Roxana to make your life harder and more toxic. We'll never use their services again and nor will our friends and acquaintances.

Beware sizing problems when buying…

Beware sizing problems when buying socks.

In September 2025 I bought 2 pairs of cotton socks described as adult XL (UK 8-12) size. The total cost was £19.64. Very expensive, I thought, but possibly worth it for my disabled son.

When he tried them on the socks were not as described when sold. The tags said XL (UK 8-12) but the items supplied to me were nowhere near the size specified. I could see they were far too tight for his recently measured size 10.5 feet. At most the socks look suitable up to size 8 only.

Based on experience, I expected to be able to trust the sizing of socks. So since the whole of each sock was visible when I opened the parcel and there were no visible imperfections I assumed it would not be necessary to return them. Therefore, I discarded the small folded cardboard tags (held together with plastic thread) that were used to package the socks for sale.

Sensory Smart refused to refund on the basis that the cardboard tags had been discarded.

Leaving me with 2 useless pairs of unworn socks that will have to go in the bin. So that's £19.64 wasted.

Deceitful company

Deceitful company, advertising seemless socks at a ridiculous £17 and when they arrived just a normal pair of socks I could have got from Asda for £2.50. Then they say about helping Autism UK. I personally don’t believe that just another way unscrupulous owners want to increase profits! Disgusting!

Sensory socks overpriced and nothing special

Purchased City of Clouds - Bamboo School Calf Socks - Kids. Very expensive at £8.95 (inc standard delivery) for 1 pair. Product no different to cheaper High Street sensory options. The first thing my 6 year old grandson said was they are lumpy, just like all the other
