I ordered a small purse and a medium tote bag. They were just as pictured on line. The quality is good, and they were obviously packed with care so they arrived in great condition. I will get great compliments using them, I'm sure! Wallets were a great addition, too - very roomy.

Love love my bag and wallet. Great communication from staff. Easy to work with. I have only had two small issues. The zipper on my wallet came unhinged and the stitching on one of my bag handles is unraveling. Other than that, it’s amazing. My mom has bought a bag and wallet and I’ve gotten my 13 year old daughter a small bag and wallet. Upgraded to real premium leather for all.

I purchased the Dracula's Guest Large…
I purchased the Dracula's Guest Large Handbag for my daughter-in-law, a huge book lover and collector, and opted for the zipper closure and shoulder strap options. It took quite a long time to receive the handbag (I also got a matching wallet for her, which has not arrived yet), and I do like the handbag- it appears to be made well as far as the construction of the bag, however, the zipper is not great and difficult to close and the strap that came with the bag is skinny for this size bag. I don't really expect her to use the strap, but for someone who would want that feature, I say this for awareness of comfort when carrying as a shoulder bag. For the price (of any size) of these bags, I also would have expected it to have feet on the bottom, and it does not. The bag appears to be embossed online, but it is not; the images and initials are printed on the bag, which is fine, but it can be deceiving online. I bought this more for her as a collector's piece to display in her library, so overall I am pleased. Had I bought it for her to use on a regular basis, this review would likely be different. I expect her to use the wallet with a different handbag that I got her for Christmas last year, so I am hopeful it will be of good quality. However, I am now concerned about the zipper on the wallet, as the handbag zipper is not great. I would suggest to others that if you plan to use this as a daily bag, skip the zipper feature, opt for a thicker strap, and be aware that it has no feet on the bottom.

Love it so much that my daughter wants one of her own…
I was SO excited to open up the package that contained my purse. I was scared it would be damaged during the shipping process, but it was in PERFECT shape.
I didn’t tell my daughter I bought a new purse and when she saw it, her jaw dropped! She is now begging me to get her own purse!!
The only negative thing I can say was that it did take awhile for it to arrive and the pictures and words are a little blurry. But other than that, it’s a good purse!

I've been debating whether I should order a bag or not. I finally caved and ordered the large Dracula bag and wallet. It took about 3 weeks to get it, so not too bad. I love it though. I am going to order another bag soon. Probably going to get one of the Edgar Allan Poe bags in medium.

Impossible to contact
After placing 2 orders, I got about 15 emails from them, so started deleting them. One of 3 items came, but my credit card was charged for all. I cannot contact them via phone, despite the website stating, it’s their US phone number and my emails go unanswered. Had I known, these products come from overseas, I would never had ordered them.

Ok- wouldn’t purchase from again.
The bag has that bad, chemical smell- had to put it outside to air out. The zipper is 8 inches too long- so weird. The bag looks stitched, but the design is just printed on. Cute, but definitely not worth the original price.
The free wallet came with a split zipper- difficult to pull. Really cheap, but ‘free’. Don’t purchase one.
