Ordered form their Sentinel direct website

This is about the website they own called sentinel direct. It is where you can buy their products directly. I ordered a product. A whole week later I have not so much as had an email or any verification of my order. The money has left my account and I have left four messages for them via the website. Shocking service by a large company. I really don't mind things being late or even having to deal with things that were not what you thought they would be, but radio silence is an altogether more annoying catergory. Need to do so much better.
