Avoid this Company at all costs
We paid this Company approximately £15,000 in September 2025 for new kitchen worktops and doors and to redo 2 bathrooms.
None of the rooms finished anywhere near their planned date and we only have half of our kitchen cupboards, no upstands for the worktops and the Company refuses to give us a date when they will be received and fitted.
We paid for all the doors and products for the kitchen (other than the upstands) in full over 6 months ago. Prior to the old kitchen being taken out I checked with Sentors that everything required to replace it had been received as did the kitchen fitter. We were both assured that everything was here and ready to go which clearly was not true. Sentors did not even tell me that it had not been received and I only found out when the kitchen fitter ran out of work. We have been left with a half finished kitchen and a Company that won't even tell us when it will be finished.
The main bathroom is a disaster with a shower tray that floods the bathroom within approximately 30 seconds of the shower being turned on. I am being told this is either my fault for ordering the wrong products or the plumber's fault for not ensuring they were fit for purpose. I chose the products after a site visit from Sentors and ordered them with the owner in their showroom and at no point did he tell me the shower tray and screen were unsuitable to be installed together. I have had the installation independently checked and there is no issue with the installation. The products Sentors sold me were simply never going to work together.
They are now refusing to talk to me over the phone or in person to find a resolution and the only email communication has been to ask for more photographs or blame myself or the tradespeople involved for the problems.
