What a pity and what a terrible customer service !

What a pity and what a terrible customer service !
We have used SentryKit for many years to manage our Amazon accounts and the alerts were a very useful tool to run our business.
In January Sentrykit announced that they had troubles with the Amazon API and that they encountered issues. It's been 6 months and the issue is still not solved. The service is down and their Customer support is TERRIBLE. Sentrykit answers to us once in a while and does not provide any real support while we keep paying for their service.
We cancelled our subscription and will use another tool from now on.

SentryKit a great app for Amazon alerts

There are lots of apps that provide multiple services and alerts. I like SentryKit because they focus on one thing and they do it well, alerts.

It's fine

Honestly, this tool is okay. But it's most suited, we find, to individual Sellers as opposed to agencies and aggregators. We operate multiple brands on the marketplace and find that our inboxes are overflowing with false positive notifications - to such a degree that warnings are broadly ignored and we login to Seller Central to manually confirm.

The tool is fine, but a load of work needs to be done. Most likely not helped by the complexities of Amazon's APIs.

We still use it because we haven't really found a great alternative and SentryKit is okay. The process of removing it, and re-integrating a new tool is not on our roadmap this side of the year.

Awesome

Awesome, awesome tool for Amazon sellers.
I cannot believe I've only found out about SentryKit until recently. I've been looking for a "connector" to hook up the Amazon data to Google Sheets since we manage our inventory there.

This tool does just that and a lot more. The UI can be improved, but the amount of useful data is just great.

I would highly recommend this to every Amazon seller. The pricing is very reasonable too (much appreciated when most other tools out there are trying to charge an arm and a leg for little in return).

SentryKit is Essential

For a few days our connection to SentryKit had an issue. SentryKit was in communication with us as the issue was resolved. Kelvin was great at staying in touch.

During the short time we did not have a connection to SentryKit, I realized just how valuable their service is to my daily information flows about how our business is running on Amazon.

Great Support Flexible Solution

I am pleased with support service

I am pleased with support service, because I've got all the information in short period of time and clearly.
I am only the beginner user of the tool. Was working with alerts + slack integration. Flow is easy. It could be perfect if you have full integration, so alerts would come as a text messages instead of formatted as an emails. Short messages with alert title and link to the product more suitable for messengers format.
