The promise: we can put you on the first page of any applicable web search. Payment made.

Reality: They couldn't do anything unless I paid them additional thousands to redesign my website. They sent me samples that looked like they were designed as a 6th grade class project.

More promises. I paid an additional fee. Nothing. No change in my SEO. Just a ton of money down the drain and a distrust of any company offering SEO services.

Beware of the positive reviews. I doubt they're real.

Its been a great journey till now. The active is very active and my co-ordinator (Mark) is so quick to respond and guidance. Even my website had issues over the weekend and he took care of it even on Sunday. Highly recommended

I tried using google ads for my business but had no results. When I tried seo, which I was unsure about before, I started getting results. I am extremely pleased with Mark especially, since he has been so helpful along the way. Definitely would recommend.

Don't do it! Read the other reviews. Those reviews are not from competitors as they will tell you. Initially hired SEOBERG for their SEO services but was persuaded by Ellen to create a new home page design for SEO purposes, and that it would be amazing. I was hesitant at first, I should have trusted my gut instincts. Since I also needed further work on the site, I agreed to it. We agreed on $2,300 down and $700 upon completion. This included a new home page, registration fields to my existing registration form, responsive design on the inside of the website along with inside design updates. My site is complicated to work on, but Ellen and Chris assured me that their team had the expertise to do the job. WRONG! Their negligence and incapability have cost me valuable time and money. There were so many errors, my site was down for 5 days, I had to go back and forth with them to fix issues. They were slow. It took three weeks just to see a mockup of the home page which was designed from a template. It took a total of 4 months, and I finally stopped the project and filed a dispute with my credit card company for $1,000. I did not receive the new registration form or responsive design we agreed upon which was most important. Their team wasn't even knowledgeable enough to place a working submit button on my message form. Further both Ellen and Chris have very strong sales tactics. I received a phone call from Ellen, not more than a few weeks into the project asking if I would do her a favor and pay the remainder balance of $700.00, prior to even receiving the home page mockup. I told her no, that's not what we agreed on. Then I get another call a few days later asking for $700.00 to purchase buy back links. Very disappointed with SEOBERG. The most stressful 4 months in all 23 years I worked with programmers and web developers. I will however give them one credit. They were always available to speak with me. This is an honest and truthful review of my experience using their service and I do not recommend them.

Being an immigrant from Russia, the country where all the laws are made by corrupted government serving only them, I am happy to live in such great country and be able to express my concerns and experience with others. I am a realtor in Florida and have been fortunate to meet and deal with many honest, respectful, and honorable people and companies who valued and respected me and my business. I am very sensitive to any fraud, that is why I want to share my experience working with SEOBERG. You can read another review by Frank G on BBB of similar activities and lies by this company. I fully agree with everything he said about this company and plan to post my testimonial to as many websites as possible, so nobody falls victim to this fraudulent company anymore. Chriss Reed and his team are an accomplished team of scammers and liars. I hired Chris to increase the rank of my website eight months ago and get my website taken to Google's Top Page and increase organic traffic to my website. Chris talked smoothly and convinced me that they can do the job and promised to bring more traffic to my website and increase the website visibility and as result I should be getting buyers or sellers leads. After eight month I have Zero results. The only thing they did was four statistical reports showing an increase in organic users, but nothing else happened. I truly believe that these monthly statistics reports were made up and did not reflect my website activities as I never got any customer’s calls and the position of my website on Google did not advance a bit. On many occasions Chis told me how hard his team worked on my project! I was so naïve believing that until my eyes finally opened! The total cost of the project was $3,650 with ZERO results, not even one call or email from a new user! They always wanted new payments: SEO renewal, side management, backlinks and so on. Chris and his assistant Ellen were chasing me for each payment even when I was on vacation out of the country, they insisted that I make another payment and always praised their team’s efforts of how hard they’ve been working for me. Sometimes I did not hear from them for a long time, and I was getting suspicious if they really have been working on my project. One day Chris insisted on putting backlinks on my website and promised to refund 50% of their cost of $1200 if they do not work. Of course, the backlinks as anything else they’ve done, did not work, and I requested a refund. It took Chris almost a month to consult and confirm with his team and the billing department that I am qualified for a refund. He said, yes, I will receive a refund but the only way they could refund me is if I give them my bank account info. At that time, I finally realized who I was dealing with, and my eyes opened! How convenient: to give the scammers my bank account info! I refused to do that and after another two weeks of discussions with the team and billing dept they gave me another option: PayPal! That was a life saver! But there was a problem: the company’s PayPal did not work for a while! How nice! The “best SEO company” in the world, as they claim they are, could not fix PayPal for so long that I am still waiting for a refund! I hope with my payment of 3,650 they could hire the best PayPal technicians to fix the problem, if they could not do it themselves. They market themselves as “Only the Best Online Marketing Agency Can Provide the Best Content Marketing Services”! It is a big lie! Of course, they have many 5-star testimonials, but I am sure they are all made up and written by friends or acquaintances. I don’t see why they would lie to me and Frank G and be so very honest to other customers? Does all this sound like fraud? If does to me!

1 star is even too generous! I hired Seoberg to build a professional website for my company and provide SEO services to boost my online presence. I paid them $1,400.00, $400.00 for the site and $1,000.00 for the SEO. They pulled in a generic site template and plugged in our info. They were extremely slow in doing this. Changes were requested on multiple occasions and were very slow to be done. The site was never 100% correct, but I was hopeful it would be fixed once it was live. After the site was put live, the changes we requested which included creating clickable links for our services with SEO content on each was never done. Header tags were done incorrectly and never properly fixed. The site itself looks horrible on mobile phones and isn't great on a computer either. I ran a SEO evaluation and many errors came up. I emailed this report to our rep, Chris expressing my frustration and he said it was inaccurate and has done nothing to finish and fix the other issues. Chris kept asking for us to purchase Google AdWords and when I finally told him I would not be doing that, his response level pretty much became non-existent. I emailed asking for $1,000.00 of my $1,400.00 back which is more than generous considering the website is not professional or finished. I received word that they would have no problem refunding us, but was given the run around and finally connected to someone supposedly named Joe. He said he could not process the refund until the 1st of August because the merchant only processes credits on the 1st and 15th and it was past the 15th when I was finally connected to him. It's now the 3rd and I've seen no refund on my card. Joe first said it takes 48-72 from the 1st to get a confirmation but then changed his story and said there was a problem with the transactions for several people. Conveinient! Now he wants our bank account information to supposedly initiate a wire! I would be crazy to give that to them. It's clear they have no intention to do anything else. When I searched the California secretary of state website for their company, nothing comes up. The charge on my credit card statement had SEO Pro Hub on it which I also could not find registered with the state of California. When I initiated a chat with SEO Pro Hub they sent me a W9 showing them registered as CMOLDS Inc. with a California address. They insisted they are registered there, but I was told they're in Wyoming by CMOLDS agent. I'm not sure why there are so many different company names but SEO Berg, SEO Pro Hub and CMOLDS are all affliated. I would stay away from all these companies!

Ellen is very detailed and thorough with every project. I've been very pleased with her and her team. I highly recommend this company for all of your SEO needs.
