I asked for the tracking code of my order, they replied with an email saying they would check instead of sending the code, and never responded again. A simple question without an answer.

Fantastic customer service my daughter’s bracelet broke after a short time and they replaced it without question. Not many companies today would do this

After my necklace had broken. I contacted them to advise them sent pictures in and a replacement was sent out. Great service lovely necklace

I purchased a couple of necklaces as Christmas gifts… I have ordered previously and I was aware how good the quality was..
delivery took a lot longer than expected but customer service kept me re assured. Unfortunately one of the necklaces broke quite quickly but was replaced as soon as I contacted customer service

Great pieces jewellery would buy again

I love the jewellery and it’s been a consistently high quality and is as shown in the photographs. I needed to replace a necklace and my enquiry was replied to within an hour and a replacement sent within 3 days.

Necklace purchased had a great discount. Unfortunately it arrived broken but all emails answered promptly and item replaced with no problems.
The necklace was lovely and the customer service was excellent.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago (16 days) and tracking still says “we’re expecting it” from Royal Mail.
Completely understand shipping takes longer over the holidays but to have not even left the warehouse yet is very disappointing. First and last purchase I’m afraid.
Can’t comment on the quality since I haven’t seen it.

Fast delivery lovely necklace

First class service. I’ve had my gold clover necklace around 3 years and it started to discolour. I was going to buy a new one because i never take it off I love it, but in the website notices they have a lifetime warranty so I emailed them and sent a pic, i was sent a replacement immediately. Amazing customer service thank you 😊

Just what I wanted.. quality excellent .would of liked quicker delivery.. but well worth the wait ..recommend no highly recommend to friends and family

Ordered 10 days ago, emails to so called customer service both ignored, royal mail still not received. Do not buy from this company!!

Nice necklace but charged £6.99 for express delivery, 1-2 days it says on their site. It arrived six days after order and Seola poor customer service have ignored a request for the express charge to be refunded. Disappointed granddaughter didn't get her gift the day she graduated from University.

Lovely necklace but delivery took longer than anticipated. However, I have ordered 2 more as gifts.
