I ordered some merch from seoulade aka bibimbox and the order went through got a confirmation email my account was charged. Then a few days later I suddenly get a refund notice from PayPal without explanation I eventually find out it was due to no stock but I ordered multiple things. I go to check if the website is saying no stock on all of the items I ordered and the website won’t load saying it’s unavailable. There are plenty of other places to get merch and subscription boxes don’t bother with this one.

I have ordered 4 months of this box and only received one. They charged me for two before I even got the first one. I finally canceled my subscription and they contacted me the next day but I've contacted them numerous times about my box and they take days to respond. What I got in the first box was just okay and probably not worth $50. I do not recommend.

If I could possible give negative stars I would.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They’ve charged me $200 in two months, and I’ve only received one box with missing items, and when I try to email them for help at first they responded days later but now, a month later - no response. I also canceled on PayPal and I’m still being charged. They also have no way of seeing what is shipped, or anything on your account at all. The items in the box as well are practically trash, and just a huge waste of anyone’s money, I could buy way better and way more for the same price of this box which is $50... in conclusion this company is a giant scam and NOBODY should order from them.
