Don't respond, didn't get my package, lost discounts.
Purchased various items during black friday on the 27th of November. They said the address was wrong and they could not deliver even though I gave them the address that works for all other e-commerce websites. I "correct" the address on the link the distributor gave me, nothing. No messages, no emails from either Sephora or Paack.
After a few weeks Paack tells me they've failed to deliver (never received any indication they even tried and there were people home for 99% of the time and no package arrived).
A couple of weeks after purchasing, I send 2 emails to sephora PT customer support, no response. I contact them through their form in the site, no response.
Tried to call them, they only picked up on the second day. The very nice lady on the phone tells me that sorry can't do anything about your order, Paack has already returned the package to the Sephora warehouse, if it was earlier we could have done something about it.
Well yeah, I contacted you earlier, 4 times, and you didn't responded....
Mind you we are on the 23rd of December at this point, almost one month after.
So they refunded me and I've lost all discounts. She gave me a code for one of the items and it didn't work anyway. So I'd have to pay full price for all of them which I'm not doing.
Huge company, millions in profit and you people can't even have efficient customer service. Will do my very best to avoid shopping in Sephora again.
