Ok so I ordered a pair of Nike shoes. Said payment didn’t go through but then an email confirmed payment. I then googled the company and after reading the reviews I honestly thought I wouldn’t see the goods. Well today they arrived and they are exactly what we ordered. The company answered all my emails including the ones of me questioning if they are a scam. They also included 2 stunning pairs of Gucci socks. A hot pink pair and a black pair. I know there are some shocking reviews but we are absolutely stoked with the shoes the constant contact and full tracking details. I have too say Our experience was honestly perfect.

After a long time waiting, finally dhl called me to ask me for extra fees!!!! My order was blocked in the customs office because of the product origin (Bahrain). So I paid 62 euro for extra fees... Never again!!!!!

It's totally scam webside i get some information about this the person who sell items he is in Bahrain and product he buy made in China he sent only some person when some body buy most of them lose the money try to contact with your bank to bring back money i order two shoes long time after some week they sent me only one paier fake Nike air max then after some days i get tax/duty invoice to pay 35 dollar more because sender didn't pay tax and duty so be careful about this website

Ordered Nike LeBron 17, then saw reviews and was a little worried especially when their first email said delivery was effected by covid crisis.
Surprised a few days later get delivery info from DHL, shoes arrived all boxed and was really pleased with them.
Maybe I was a one off but they were all ok with me

Scam website!! Don’t buy anything here because it will lose your money. It always shows Failed payment but money has already transferred to them. When I say the problem to them on the chat or by email, nobody answers.

Seplook does not deserve 1 star! Definitely a shopping error on my part, because I did not read any review prior; which won't happen again! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 08-20-20 and they both arrived 10-14-20. However, neither shoe was what I ordered. My kids were definitely disappointed to say the least!!!! Probably will try to re-sell via Facebook or somewhere because I am sure I will not be able to return. DO NOT USE SEPLOOK!!!!

I ordered an Iron Man mask for my grandson. The advert/ video shows the mask opening up and closing again. Looks great. I had to email them to find out where my order was. I was told it could take a few weeks. The tracking number was not recognised on couriers website. Coincidentally the package arrived a few days later- left in my bin! The 'working Iron Man mask' is nothing more than a cheap flimsy plastic mask with a headband and 2 light up eyes. Waste of money!! This company might be under different titles with great 'offers'. Dont be fooled. Their not........!!! I tried e mailing them at the same address as before - does not exist/disconnected was the message I received. You have been warned!!!!!

If I could give zero I would. Stupidly I didn’t google this websites reviews before purchasing shoes for my sons birthday. They taken the money, we’ve received no shoes and no communication at all from this site. DO NOT USE SEPLOOK!!
