Am a song artist singing and I live in Lusaka Zambia I need to hit update my music entertainment zoona

This people are mad they refuse to accept my I.D Verification am so sad after my music was distributed by them am from nigeria which country I.D do you want me to use? for the verification and they no allowed me to uploaded another tracks and i can't to use the site any more i'm seen my royalties but i can't access them without the verification of my Id according to them
so what a stress is that did you want me to takedown my songs or what the problem?

Some songs are not showing up on Facebook but it's showing distributed, can you help me here

We have uploaded new album with the same cover art, that was for the recent 5 singles. Hovewer SUPPORT TEAM had objections to the graphic, because we had bar code on it. We have blurred the code, but SUPPORT TEAM again had objections, that its still wrong. With third try it took again a week to approve it. Album will be released with the "past release date", because it took 2 weeks for SUPPORT TEAM to accept cover art they have accepted 5 times before. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT, ESPECIALLY

I like the fact that they actually distribute for free no hidden costs.

But I hate the fact that my songs were not put on instagram stories it’s been 4 weeks after distribution and one of the songs with a ft have been distributed to the wrong artist profile after sending them the correct links.

Its not friendly to use, doesnt provide a good suport, our song is in takedown state and nobody knows that.

It's really one of the hardest distribution to use, it needs too much things and don't know why isn't it friendly to use, i tried to distribute a music (instrumental song) but it got many errors for no reason and tells me what instruments shouldi use, really..?and HOW DOES IT SAY IT HAS NO AUDIO! like bro! will i publish a non-audio file? actually it's not really great and doesn't seem to be free
