Worst experience I’ve ever had with an exchange and wallet. Customer service no where to be found. I’ve had open an account with sequoir, and I did everything that was required to open an account. It went well, until it got to the point of a 2 step verification process. It says to fill in a code, just that I hadn’t received one, so I sent a message. Have not gotten a reply what so ever. So I tried opening a new on in case I did something wrong, and same damn thing. Been dealing with this for over 8 months. So I recently tried again to send a message to this guy Justin, two days and nothing. I would definitely look for services elsewhere.

Extremely easy service to use when buying digital currency! I am new to the whole thing but the quick responses from their IM feature have been a life saver! Very professional and courteous!

Out of several exchanges I have tried, Sequoir is very reasonable and actually responds to the questions I have.

I have made two purchases through Sequoir in the past two days. For the first transaction, I typed in the incorrect address to deposit my purchase. I was able to pull up the chat feature and was connected with Justin. Justin was able to quickly address and correct my mistake. For my second transaction, the order seemed to have duplicated itself. I had two identical pending transactions for the same order. I went back to the chat and was connected with Justin for the second time. Again, he was able to correct the issue almost immediately.
The first issue was entirely my fault. The second, I'll blame on technology. Stuff happens. As for the customer service I have received from Sequoir, it has been amazing! Using the app to make purchases is extremely simply and straight-forward. The live chat feature is a lifesaving bonus. A huge Thank You, and I can't recommend this company enough!

I was helped through the chat in a much more quickly and thorough way than most company's chat boxes. It didn't seem like the person who was helping me was trying to rush through my conversation and get to the next person. My questions were answered fully and clearly.
