Worst experience I’ve ever had with an exchange and wallet. Customer service no where to be found. I’ve had open an account with sequoir, and I did everything that was required to open an account. It went well, until it got to the point of a 2 step verification process. It says to fill in a code, just that I hadn’t received one, so I sent a message. Have not gotten a reply what so ever. So I tried opening a new on in case I did something wrong, and same damn thing. Been dealing with this for over 8 months. So I recently tried again to send a message to this guy Justin, two days and nothing. I would definitely look for services elsewhere.
