I ordered two Stanley cups on offer for my daughters 13th birthday and have not received any email or confirmation of purchase I even paid £11.99 for dpd to deliver it absolutely gutted, this is a SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIVES

SCAM!!!! Bought 2 Stanley cups on offer and now can’t even find the website, taken the money, no products, no emails, nothing!!!! This is horrific in todays age, people budget their hard earned money, in this case gifts for my daughter, all for it to be a scam!!! Gutted!!!

Massive SCAM! I haven't even purchased anything from this site and yet they have taken all different amounts of money from my account nearly every day for the past 5 days! Really helpful since im on maternity leave and have barely any money in the first place and now scum think they have the right to take it! Don't know how these people sleep at night!

THIS IS A SCAM
This scam is taking money out of my account.
I did purchase something from them on the 25th of September
They have since taken more money out. I have not received the initial product. So definitely a SCAM
$73.70 on the 26th of October, 1 day after the initial purchase
$73.70 on the 10th of October, for what I have absolutely no idea and
$73.73 on the 24th of October (today). I have not continued to purchase anything from this scam and am not happy that they keep taking money from my account
I have already cancelled the subscription (??? I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING) when I noticed an email and yet more money has been taken from my account. This had better stop!!!
Also I WOULD TOTALLY APPRECIATE MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED

What the hell why did you take my money just 4 days Ago i order some earphone through Gobztore.com after that it TaKe extra 2€ for home delivery and i share all my details of bank card but i havent even recieved my order Ani today 45€ was deducted from my account what the hell you are doing i will not allow you to do that Ani tommorrow i am go and complain about you scam

Worse company l never seen in my life. I sing in by accident and according to them they have the right to charge monthly payment from my account. After 4 or 5 month of charge l realised in my banca statement of this charge. When l tried to claim as l never give my permission for this payment they said that the only option l had os to use this credit to buy from them.Finally after 4 month when l tried to use my money and buy something they said sorry you had only 30 days to used them so you lost your credit. End of this story is a company used only to get illegal money.

Luckily my Bank caught on before I did, unfortunately too many people are not so lucky, it just seems so easy for them to do this! My bank have been great but the hassle of changing all your other subscriptions because they have had to cancel your debit card, not enough is done to stop these people!

Absolutely terrible. I was scammed without knowing that I had been tricking into clicking a button that I thought was a genuine purchase on facebook. Then to be told they could not do the refund because my bank rejected it. Absolutely a scamming company unbelievable. They do not listen.

Your a SCAM! How ridiculous, can't you find a decent job or a better way to make money instead of scam hard earners money. I wish you's nothing but only rubbish. Hopefully people read these reviews before purchasing anything. Pure SCAM!

They used my cellphone provider and disguised that i had a package in their possession they needed to deliver and i should pay only shipping fee of $2 using my Debit card. i Paid this amount and it cleared. 4 days later, i found they have deducted a further $10 and again in 12 days another $10. dont enter your BANK card details to this SCARMERS!!!!!!!!

They charge your credit card without your permission. Don't order anything from this company. They should be displayed! I've never ordered anything, and I won't ever order anything in my life. The crooks deserve to be punished! They are thieves and they are fooling everyone.

My husband needed an electric wheelchair, and they had one on sale from $357.99 to 98.09. I ordered it. First mistake! they informed me it had been sent and would arrive on a certain date. The day came, and nothing arrived, but I was told it was delivered to somewhere in OK---I lived in FL. Had the PO track it and nothing. STAY CLEAR!!

Here is what they do.
They send you an email stating you have a package that is about to be delivered, except they cannot, unless you pay a tiny little $2 customs fee ended up being $2.70 USD)
You unwittingly enter you bank card along with date and CVV. The small amount clears your account and now THE SCAMMER has your bank card info and cvv.
If you order a great deal online, BEWARE of these predators! You may think.. it's only $2 but now they have you cvv and can make purchases online with your card! This one shows up as Serafine. Net
THIS IS THEFT! THIS IS FRAUD! CONSUMMER BEWARE!

They sent you notifications of your package you won in their survey draws, make you pay shipping and when you inquire they tell you they never sent it to you. Even with all the screenshots as proof they still deny and refuse to refund the shipping that you paid.

It’s scammer website just took your money 47€ for vip member! I brought only 9€ product but I lost 47€ without misunderstand. I hope you guys learn from my mistakes and don’t buy anything from Falinas.fi.

You pay for something that arrives with no receipt then they will charge you without letting you know 47 euro for credits that you never asked for!

And they will charge you for cancelling the account in this place, for 6 euros, ITS RIDICULOUS!

DONT BUY ON THIS PLACE! They wont give your money back!

I made a purchase and after the delivery deadline, the only answer I have is that I have to be patient. I believe that the site is a fraud, do not buy anything, do not pass your card number, as it is not a reliable company.
