Finally success when ordering stuff online

Veronica was amazing, she cut through ALL the red tape and got my situation done and fixed within hours.
I do love their products esp the Micro Needling and the Collagen cream. I also think the subscription prices are very reasonable.

Order issues
I ordered Seranova with Express shipping. However, when it did not come quickly I asked for and received an immediate refund of my expedited shipping charge. Then when I received my package- it was only the envelope- no product. I again immediately contacted them and Sasha took care of everything and has another order being shipped to me. They are wonderful people to work with and their quick responses and willingness to please their customers is extraordinary. Love this company AND their product.

I love the collagen cream
I love the collagen cream. It goes on smooth, and you only need a little. It dries quickly and almost makes your skin matte.
The injection system is also amazing as I see results already! It's easy to use as well!

Amazing customer service

I had to cancel and order because I didn’t realize that I had agreed to the subscription. Veronica helped me with no issues and all and even cancelled the order that was being ready to ship. Response was quick and I am fully satisfied!!
