Poor Durability & Lack of Customer Support

I purchased multiple pairs of these socks in December and only recently started wearing them due to shipping constraints (as they don’t ship to New Zealand, I had to use a forwarder). Unfortunately, after just a few wears, the fabric around the big toe area is already thinning, and I expect it to rip soon. Given that I’ve only worn them indoors with shoes or slippers, I’m disappointed with the durability.

Additionally, after just a few washes (cold water, air drying only), the socks have shrunk considerably, which raises concerns about the quality of the materials used.

I reached out to customer support via email over a week ago regarding my order (#7817) but have yet to receive a response. I would be happy to update this review if the company engages with me and addresses the issue.

I really wanted to like these, as they were the only 100% bamboo toe socks I could find, but the experience so far has been disappointing.

I would not recommend purchasing from them, especially considering how expensive they were compared to normal cotton socks. Their website is all marketing hyper and no substance unfortunately.

Holes after a few uses, company is rude about it and will not stand behind product

Wanted to like these socks, as they are mostly bamboo and very thin. They are indeed very light and kept my feet cool and comfortable the few times I was able to wear them. However, I bought 3 pairs and all 3 have worn thin and developed holes after just a few uses. I thought I may have just received a defective shipment, but that wasn't the case. I emailed customer service who originally ignored me; I then reached out via social media, where somebody finally got in touch with me. They were rude and told me it's my fault because I "didn't wear them with shoes" and / or I "didn't only wear them inside" and said there's nothing that can be done as I'm just outside the 30 day window. The socks were indeed worn mostly inside, and always with shoes. They were never used from physical activity besides walking, much less anything strenuous that would cause them to rip.

These socks are not cheap, and their website touts them as the best socks ever. Not only this, but Serasox pays influencers to talk about how great these socks are for activities such as running and hiking - but then they turn around and say your socks will rip if you don't use them correctly (which is indoors only!). Did not even use them for that purpose and they still ripped right away - and there are other reviews stating similar experiences.
