Serena and Lily offers excellent quality products at a fair price for home decor and furnishings.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE if you are a professional business owner or need furnishing on a timeline.
Terrible workmanship on daybed - screws did not align to holes so unable to build daybed and had to send back after being weeks late from wherehouse after promised delivery date.
The absolute worst most rude last minute date/time changing white glove delivery (Metropolitan). Showed up 45 minutes after already later than scheduled time.

I have purchased a few things from Serena and Lily and they are very high quality products.

The quality of the bedding is rich, with a velvet texture and well-made. I've had it for over 18 months, and it still looks new. Very comfortable and perfect for elegant bedding.

The quality of Serena and Lily’s percale sheets is still unmatched. Even though the patterns have lost some of their original charm since the company changed hands about a decade ago and Serena Dugan moved on, the white percale essentials never disappoint. I do miss the days when their designs were playful and full of color. The current coastal look is fine, but it makes me appreciate my older duvets and sheet sets even more.
