Horrible party experience

Horrible party experience, the food was treacherous, extremely rude chef and staff, the sales person didn't even bother to show up. My company was so disappointed they put me in the hot seat. When I called the office to speak with someone about this very unfortunate experience, the customer support person was beyond defensive and rude, you could've saved yourself this review by just being polite. Don't be fooled by high pitched sales people and high end prices - this company seems to have lost their focus.
