Brought a ring on the 23rd April, received and empty parcel a few days later. Wasn’t sure where it was from, fast forward to the 4th May. No ring received, enquired with customer services who said it was their packaging and that they would send a replacement. That it would take a week to get more stock and they would update me when sent. Fast forward to 24th May, emailed to enquire about replacement, no reply. 26th May messaged their Facebook, no reply. Emailed on the 30th May asking them to get in contact by 31st May @2pm, if no reply then I’d be opening a PayPal case. No reply, therefore PayPal dispute was opened. Got a refund from PayPal. Will never buy from again.
Have put reviews on their page to which they took down or changed from a 1 Star to a 5 Star. Steer clear.
