I love the product! Unfortunately, after waiting 3 weeks for the order to arrive, they sent the wrong shade! Within a few hours, customer service responded with a positive solution and they will ship the right shade, I might have to wait another 3 weeks to get it, but that’s ok! Oh and yes I was told to keep the wrong shade and share with a friend!

I absolutely love this product.
My skin feels so soft with a lovely glow. It does hide most of my wrinkles and I wish this product had been out 10 years
ago. It’s great to feel a little bit younger when your skin looks good. Thank you Serentia.

I gave this company 4 stars based on their customer service, and not on the product.... I ordered Ivory and Buff originally, and when they arrived both were far too light for me (and I have very pale skin!) And there was hardly any difference in the 2 shades. So I contacted them and a very helpful customer services assist called Kim responded very quickly, and said that I could keep them or give them away, and that they would be happy to send me a replacement free of charge! I was very impressed and chose the next shade up, which Kim said would be sent to me.

I waited for over a month, and when nothing arrived I contacted them again and Kim chased it up and got it sent to me then (it obviously hadn't been sent the first time...) It arrived quite quickly, but I haven't tried it yet, so I can't comment on the product itself, but their customer service is very good (Sorry if that's not very helpful..!)

I got the wrong colour and they were so good about it, the replacement was dispatched within minutes.

The colour card to pick your shade is not accurate, I asked for and received Ivory and Buff and even the Buff was a bit light. The application tool included falls apart when using and does not work well at all - binned it. The product itself is thick and hard to smooth out, I didn't mind the coverage, but it clogged my skin and when I looked at the ingredient list I did not like some of them at all. Aluminium - hard no. It also left a white film on one of my jackets at the collar. I sent an email to support and had no response. Total waste of money.

I give this 5 stars because of 2 things, I am very skeptical about products, however, I figure why not give this company a try and I accidentally ordered the wrong color but when I put it on my face, it was absolutely amazing how the product feel on my face. And I emailed them of what could I do to get the right color for my skin color, and the email me back right away, I have the correct color be shipped right away I will highly recommend this product.

Love Serentia foundation cover my big pores and cover my wrinkles too my co worker said i look young so I show them my secret Serentia elixir ,I usually use high end foundation like Lancôme, Chanel, Armani Beauty and more, it clings to my wrinkles I look older than my age that’s the reason i go back to Serentia elixir , im your customer for life. At first, i was hesitate to order through online via Facebook. I read the good reviews and why not to try! I ordered the wrong color for my skin and contacted them and got no problem of exchanging the product. The costumer service is very good and the product too.

This is a great product. Most foundations have mica, talc or both in the ingredients which my dermatologist told me clogs pores and to steer clear of them. Goes on smooth and doesn’t make my skin oily after a few hours. Only critique is the little black applicator that comes with it. I got the blending brush but was applying it with the applicator then blending with the brush. The applicator starts to rub off on your skin after using it a few times and your left with black powdery residue on your face from it. Other issue is the tracking information doesn’t update so I had no idea when to expect it

I am grateful to customer support Kim for attending to my frustrations of not receiving my order since 2 months ago. Now awaiting delivery of my reshipment and hope that this time it will be delivered.

The communication and deliver were good, the price was reasonable and the product goes on nicely and covers well. However it does not adapt to your skin tone as advertised. Even in a darker shade I look like I’m wearing a ghost sheet!

This is a new company & I took a risk trying their product with few reviews when they were starting out. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were in making sure I had a color match I was happy with to start. The first color I received was far too light but they sent me a different shade right away. I have been using it for months now & my skin looks & feels amazing! It doesn't look or feel like I am wearing any foundation at all & hides all flaws, blemishes, & redness beautifully! I recently placed another order & they sent the wrong color. This was corrected & new order was sent right away. Kim was very responsive & helpful. The shipping does take a little while (sometimes 1 to 2 weeks) but it always arrives! Just order ahead of running out & it isn't a problem. You won't be disappointed if you decide to try this amazing product! It is good for skin of all ages! So glad I decided to give it a try & won't be using anything else!

I really like the creaminess of your make-up! Goes on smoothly and blends well. I'm not a fan of the applicator. I prefer a brush.

The Company offers an excellent help to the costumer. In my case I ordered a wrong color to the product, I talked to them and they prompt corrected my mistake sending me the right color. The product does what is announced, leaves the skin with a soft and hydrated feeling. The product takes a little long to arrive. Be patient.

I did order a shade to light (Buff Beige) in the beginning but then reordered the correct shade which for me is Warm Honey. Today I came across 3 jars of it and sent them an email asking if it would be possible to exchange them. They responded immediately, even though it’s Sunday, and said they’d already prepared my new order replacement and it would ship out immediately and that I could keep the lighter shade and gift them to my friends. THAT is customer service!! I really love this Elixir & Cream! Great product! ❤️

The order took three weeks to arrive. When I replied to a follow up email asking about my order, I mentioned that I hadn't received the order yet. They apologized and started a replacement order for it. Of course, two days later, I received the original order. I emailed customer service immediately, and they were able to stop the second order.

I ordered Ivory and Buff Beige based on my current Shiseido foundation product. My family said that Buff Beige made me look like a "sickly person from the 1700's." Ha! So I ordered the next color up the line. Will review that separately from this upon receipt and trying it.

The consistency of the product seemed thin to me. I used more than a few layers in an attempt to even it out. It didn't really cover up my dark spots and freckles. However, it may be because the color was too light for my coloring.

Once I got to an individual who was willing to find a solution with me, it was very smooth process. It was a little hard to figure out what the right color was to order for myself, but they have been most helpful in helping me find the right shade for my complexion.

I ordered this foundation after seeing great videos. As there was an offer I bought 4, 2 for me and a brush and 2 as an xmas present.

Took a little while but said out for delivery and I was in all day.

Never received but said delivered so spoke to their team who requested proof of delicery which showed parcel being left by main door of the flats. Explained this and that it wasnt there now and 50 flats in the block but anybody could have taken walking past but no " it has been delivered" ...yodel is the courier.

Now they want me to go to a post office to get a cert to tell them its not been delivered...

I have not got time to be running around because someone hasn't done their job properly

I have already told you it wasnt delivered so why do I need a certificate and why also the post office when it has nothing to do with royal mail. Makes no sense.

Won't be ordering again and I suggest you all avoid.
