THEY WILL SCAM YOUR RETURNS

I bought two rings returned one ring because it didn't fit and I sent the ring back to there warehouse and they did not refund my $73.50 i file a dispute and i lost the case even though i showed proof of sending the package back to them through usps
(Update its April 3, 2025)
They said i have to cancel the chargeback and wait 15-20 business days for me to get my money back from February 26, 2025 and they lied I never got my money back don’t spend your hard earned money here

Customer Service the worst!!

Products may be nice. Customer service is the worst. I am in the US but the item I wanted for a Christmas gift was only available in the UK which they said they shipped safely. It was sent on 12/11 for delivery on 12/16 but never showed up and Fed Ex has been notified but the company is not refunding my money as they say the case has not closed yet. It was only $133 and they are making me wait this long? It's not only the wait that is frustrating but they have no phone number to call and it takes a long time for them to answer an email. Too many other good companies, I would never order from them again!!

The perfect bracelet

Bought a bracelet for our son for Christmas. He is really happy with it as it is a simple but elegant looking fine sterling silver bracelet. It’s a little bit different from the norm. Serge DeNimes was a great company to order from with good choice and delivery was excellent.

Faulty Product. Poor Service.

I purchased a bracelet from Serge DeNimes as a Christmas gift in October, but incredibly, it broke just two days after giving it to the recipient. What followed was a frustrating and disappointing experience with the brand's customer service. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue via email, I was met with slow responses and no adequate compensation for the faulty product. The lack of urgency and care in handling the situation was shocking and left me feeling completely dissatisfied.

This poor experience has completely deterred me from purchasing from or recommending Serge DeNimes in the future. A brand that values its customers would have handled this with far more attention and respect. It’s disheartening to see how poorly they dealt with a legitimate fault in their product.

Hi Shauna, we're sorry if you were unhappy with your experience. We were closed for a few days for Christmas so there was a delayed response of a couple of days and we apologize. We didn't realize you were frustrated as we had quite a pleasant conversation in our email chain.

Our faulty item policy allows for refunds if it breaks with 30 days, a replacement if it is outside 30 days, and store credit if the item was discontinued and we're unable to replace it. Since you requested to return this more than 30 days after purchase and this item was discontinued, we offered compensation in the form of a store credit as stated in our policy.

While this may have taken some time, we can't offer credit until we receive the return. I can see that your store credit was processed when we received this. We're glad we could sort this for you :)

Bought a signet ring as a Christmas…

Bought a signet ring as a Christmas gift which has been worn for a couple of hours over two days and is extremely scratched and looks terrible! £250 and won’t last a week! It had minor scratches when it arrived which I didn’t think much of. Disappointing!

Not up to previous experiences

Placed the order for necklace and an earring, necklace out of stock when finally shipped 10 days later - I’d have cancelled the order if I’d had the option as wouldn’t have ordered the earring at the shipping charge. Disappointing compared to previous experiences with SdN. Also would like to see loyalty points spendable on sale items - I’ve £25 worth of points but nothing catches my eye at full price 🤷
