While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Worst banking experience of my life…

Worst banking experience of my life with SeriesFi. Their platform is buggy, support is non existent.

Here's our series of events with SeriesNoFi in 2023:
1. account numbers often disappeared from front end randomly
2. 80% of wires failed because they didnt know how to process ABAs/IBANS/SWIFTS in bank end; requiring multiple follow up emails (and 1-2 weeks to process each wire that failed)
3. Account balances would disappear randomly
4. They "Accidentally" DELETED our accounts then we had to recreate them with new numbers and update all our payment details
5. They decided to remove all debit cards, making payments impossible
6. A few weeks later; they transitioned banks and then approved and onboarded our accounts with the new bank
7. 2 weeks later they just deleted our accounts and only sent automated emails of account closure. No comms or explanation why. We provided over-and-above documents to get to the approval phase twice.
8. It's impossible to get a call or email with anyone directly on team, they only respond via their "team" email and ignore 90% of your emails. Their response time is 1+ week and they have zero care for customer support or experience.

Expect disaster, failed banking and countless wasted hours. Do not bother looking at SeriesFi if you actually want to use your money in a bank.
