Avoid at all costs

I ordered a jacket and waited a few days to process, after I week I sent an email and asked why it was taking to long to process and when I would receive it. I sent the email on a Saturday and got a reply same day stating it is still processing and delivers in 20-30 days in the United States. I instantly replied asking to cancel my order requesting a full refund as I had bought it for an event. Ofcourse, my email was ignored for another 4 business days until the order was fully processed. I would definitely not recommend this site even to my worst enemy, in fact I would recommend to avoid this site.

Great quality products

I ordered a jacket and although it was a long delivery time due to Christmas and a huge snow storm. It did arrive and I am very happy with the quality. It looks fantastic. I am very happy!

THIS COMPANY IS SHADY

THIS COMPANY IS SHADY . ORDERED A FLANNEL AND WAS DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. EVEN SENT ME PICTURES OF IT AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. THIS WAS AFTER IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO "ARRIVE". THEY WONT HELP. THEY EXPECT ME TO GO TO THE ADDRESS AND ASK FOR MY PACKAGE OR FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS MEANWHILE USPS HAD NO HAND IN THIS. THEY USED A DELIVERY COMPANY CALLED SPEEDX. STAY AWAY!!!!

Good quality clothes, amazing customer service.

I, like some others, was not too thrilled about shipping, having a package “out for delivery” for 5 days…that being said it was my second order as I really do like the variety and quality of the clothing. Then for the first time ever, after contacting the carrier, 2 times, it was finally delivered, and when I made it to my apartment, the package was nowhere to be found (still trying to locate it, and as mad as I was, it’s ok, what goes around comes around) so after waiting a few days, thinking, maybe it was delivered to the wrong address, o was losing hope and honestly wasn’t expecting much as it was more an issue with the carrier, I decided to contact Serremo…and what can I say. Absolutely amazing customer service, with my story, especially in the current time, I thought it was a long shot, if that, to contact them and let them know of the situation before the authorities. Jessica was super nice, very quick to respond, and never made me once feel like I was just trying to get something for free. Before I could even get back to check my email again to follow up with a thank you, I got notification my replacement package already shipped….maybe it’s just me but I feel like you don’t see that much anymore. Customer service is what they say it is, TOP PRIORITY. Thank you again Jessica!

Good shirts yet they do not give you an…

Good shirts yet they do not give you an option to opt out of the priority packaging and shipping insurance. The priority packaging is just standard packaging with an up charge to make it sound better and the shipping insurance is BS. Customer service will try and justify it and give you the run around about forced and unwanted charges.

Don't bother paying for tracking

The order was delivered in perfect condition. It's a great feeling coat. I bought the "backwoods" jacket. The leather is really soft and smooth and the lining feels great. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because to be honest I paid for the premium shipping and tracking and didn't get any practical tracking. I only got tracking once I complained, 5 days after I ordered. Therr was no expected delivery date but I needed to be around to make sure it's not stolen, it's very important. After I complained the update was "labeling created" usps waiting to receive it or something along those lines. The update was never updated from that the whole time and about 2 days before I received, it disappeared off the "shop" app where it's tracked. So I didnt really get tracking though I paid for it, it was delivered and I had no notification or tracking of it. Overall it was a very frustrating experience but the story ended well. I just had to worry the whole time that it was a scam. Won't ya know it the submit review button is broken.

These products are absolute garbage

These products are absolute garbage. For anyone who hasn't actually purchased something yet, don't. I bought a shirt that looks and fits NOTHING like the add. It's as if nobody from the company every tried the product on. It's the worst fitting shirt I've ever seen.
I asked for a refund, and they refused to give it (order #340596).
In order to ship the shirt back over the border, I needed the tax ID which they must not have. Valerie Fisher literally said "We sincerely apologize, but as customer service representatives, we do not have access to the specific details you are requesting. We regret that we are unable to assist further with this matter.
Thank you kindly"
** UPDATE:
I asked them for a refund and they were willing to give a 30% refund. So I told them about this trust pilot review and then they agreed to fully refund me, and they did.

Awesome customer service.

I first received the products but they were too big for me so I tried to return those.
Trump has made sending packages to U.S so hard that our country (Finland) is not providing any package delivering to U.S at this point. Only post - cards.

Serremo was so lovely about these hole thing that they promised to send me new products without any cost.

Now I have the right size products and they feel awesome!

Very good customer service which is something that I rearly see.

Not a UK company took over two weeks…

Not a UK company took over two weeks for my stuff to arrive. By the timers it on. Didn’t fit so the sizing charts are wrong. Asked how to refund got lead down the path of get store credit , don’t return get this etc this took 5 days roughly of correspondence so I asked clearly again for a refund and was told to return before 30 days after purchase it was a weekend by this point I said it’s the 30th day now and a Saturday I can I send it by recorded delivery Monday. They refused to take the clothing back. Complete con in my opinion. Terrible company iv now got low quality jackets which are not as described size wise or quality wise.
Avoid like the plague.

I cannot tell you whether they’re…

I cannot tell you whether they’re products are good or bad because I haven’t received mine. I’ve been fighting with the incompetent shipper they use named Uniuni. I would say until they decide to use a different shipper It’s not worth your time or grief. I try to give my business to somebody other than Amazon, but at least Amazon delivers and delivers on time.

The Phantom hoodie is not quality

The Phantom hoodie is not quality. The fabric is thin and itchy and not as shown on website. I requested to cancel my next order but instead they shipped it two days later after telling me they would look into cancelling the order.

EDIT: Originally Serremo only offered a 30% discount in the item I requested to return or Id have to pay shipping in full to recieve the refund. It was not untill I left an honest review on this platform did they offer me a refund and asked for me to change my
review. Only AFTER my review did they intercept the other order I had asked to be cancelled.
FAST FASHION SHOULD NOT BE SOLD UNDER THE FISCADE OF QUALITY CLOTHING. $96.00 plus $28.00 shipping CANADIAN FOR A THIN POLYESTER SWEATER THAT DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION IS NOT OK.

This is just shien quality Chinese bs…

This is just drop shipped shien quality Chinese bs marked up 10x the price. I’m dead serious. Screenshot the jacket you want and then reverse image search it to find the exact same thing on Aliexpress for $12. If you order from this company you’re getting scammed.
