Great Jackets Great Customer Service
So I absolutely love the jackets, however, one of the thinner ones shredded the first time I washed it. It’s the only one I’ve had issues with. The customer support is sending me a new jacket and also offered a refund option and actually replied very quickly. Thank you Jessica Hewitt for the customer service help.
Excellent products and service
I ordered this as a Christmas gifts for my son in law. It’s his favorite and he wears it every day. Also I was given excellent service when I had made a mistake on the size. They were very professional and I look forward to ordering more from them. I highly recommend recommend them.
Wanderer Jacket
A jacket at this price point should last a LOT longer than 1.5 seasons… I bet I wore it 10 times and only washed twice…. A button came off in the 2nd wash. A replacement button was offered if I paid $5 for shipping…… I’m not a tailor…. How would I repair it?? My other jackets at similar price points last 10 years plus with no issues….. Love the designs of Serremo’s products, but the quality just doesn’t appear to be there….. Won’t be buying again….
Do not trust this company, terrible business practices
Do not order from these people. They take forever to ship and their customer service is horrible. They say they are a new company, but that's not excuse for the level of service they are providing. Same as other posters they refused to cancel the order prior to shipping and then the buyer is on the hook for the return. They offered a 25% discount to keep the item we don't want.

Serremo - Excellent Company and Customer Service
Serremo is a great company that stands by their product! I recently purchased the Wanderer jacket and when it was delivered we found that a clasp was missing - When I called their service department to alert them of the defect they answered right away.
Jessica was fantastic to work with and quickly remedied the issue.

Great customer experience/Quality product
I ordered a jacket for my FIL in for Christmas. It's so soft and even nicer than I thought it would be. I reached out to customer service because I had a shipping update question, and Amy responded to me right away, and cleared up my question. Jacket looks great, zippers are protected for shipping and extra buttons are included in case a repair is ever needed. Nice product.

Great customer service! I ordered a shirt and it somehow was cut through the packaging during shipping. I sent an email with a couple photos and received a reply the next morning. Jessica from customer service suggested I try the shirt on, to make sure the size I ordered was correct, before she processed my order for a replacement. It’s a good thing she did because I indeed needed a different size. Jessica had a new shirt headed my way immediately. This type of customer service is rare these days and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Amazing service.
Great product, Small hiccup
The product is GREAT, however I received the wrong size, and I had to pay to return the parcel in order to exchange it. This cost me about 50% of the product itself.

EXCELLENT customer service
I've had THE best experience with Serremo because of Amy, who is an absolutely amazing customer support person. My son asked for a jacket from Serremo for his birthday. To be honest, I had never heard of the company. Despite our best efforts to get his size right, it ended up being too big and I needed to return or exchange it for a smaller size. I thought the return process would be automated and I'd never connect with a person. I was so wrong! My request was answered by Amy and so began a few days of some GREAT communication that made all the difference to me. Not only did she provide the practical information I needed in order to do my part of the exchange correctly, she did so with a friendly tone to every exchange. She was fully engaged in making sure the coat was the right fit for my son, and that I had a positive experience with Serremo because Amy was the face of the company to me through this whole process. I certainly did! Thanks Amy for all you did!!
Lost Serremo package
I had a package from Serremo either stolen or delivered to the wrong address. I immediately reached out to customer service and Jessica got right back to me. Once we knew the package was officially lost(or someone else was wearing it!!!) Jessica took care of getting a replacement order fulfilled and shipped. I'm very appreciative of what she did for me
I had to return a jacket which size was too small
I had to return a jacket which size was not appropriate. I had an immediate response to my E-mail request with procedures. I returned the goods and got back quickly the new jacket at the right size. Mary Rose at customer support, did follow very closely the operation. I'm very satisfied of the service and professionalism. I recommend.
