Spend your money and time somewhere else

SERT remote training has been a terrible experience. Tutors that do not return messages until weeks later. Staff that is rude when dealing with customer issues. Repeated incompetence has been demonstrated by SERT in most of my interactions with them. I paid £1100 for a set of courses and I feel like I have been swindled.
