I was extremely happy with the service I received getting my mattress replaced, especially since the store I purchased from was out of business. The promptness and information contained in the email correspondence was excellent.

Item was “lost”, never replaced and finally received a refund 6 weeks after placing the order with countless emails with customer service. Very poor experience, will not be buying this brand again.

Purchasing my new mattress online was quick and easy. It arrived in the proper timeframe and was super simple to set up and start sleeping. My first night’s sleep was so comfortable and in the morning I actually rolled out of bed without moaning in pain. My boyfriend said to me, “How does your back feel?” I said, “Wow, I didn’t even realize that I feel this good and he said, me too.” It is excellent quality and I feel like I got exactly what I paid for it. I picked the mattress that was a bit too hard for me. Used 180 days trial policy and was able to exchange for the one with great support and softer (EuroTop).

The shipping box arrived OBLITERATED with the contents dangling outside, *and* it was left at the end of my driveway-- Not even to my front door. Barely even onto my property. Also, the mattress had black scuff marks on it.
