Argos don't take broken Bissel back…
Argos don't take broken Bissel back after 5/6 weeks occasional use. We end up sending IT to Sertec 360. The drive band has clearly come off. The vacuum looks new and has hardly been used. It certainly was not damaged. The first contact we have is this - without a contact number or even an address. However I've found them in case needed by others.
Bizarrely this is their first email/contact.
Totally useless, I've clearly wasted £270

They are in a 3 months repair and don't…
They are in a 3 months repair and don't give us details of our vacuum cleaner. They aren't professional and their services are the worst. What a scam!!!

Called up and have to explain every time, don't they have notes or just a way to annoy customers.
Seems a amateur outfit on the cheap for Skagway scooters, if the scooter were any good I wouldn't be calling
Worst company I ever used
Last year Segway used them to repair their scooters. I had to send the scooter three times to them and each time they broke it even more.
They’re useless, time wasters, no quality control, I hope they go bust.
Rude bullies
The worst company to deal with. iRobot outsource repairs to Sertec 360 who are rude bullies who claim ‘water damage’ on a product without offering factual evidence. They threaten to dispose of the product if the repair bill of £250 is not paid. They refuse to communicate with their customer (iRobot) at all. Disgraceful. Hoping Watchdog will do a piece on them.
You can wait for the service all your life...
My TV supposed to be repaired with this service. Amazon said that they will contact me in 2-3 business days, but already the third week is over, I called two times, but still no one contacted me from the sertec360 service.
I feel 100% left alone

Criminals
I feel like I have been the victim of criminals. At the direction of Amazon, I sent a laptop under warranty to repair a faulty screen. I was told that the repair was not covered under warranty. I paid the amount of 250 euros, almost half the price of the laptop, because it contained important information. It was returned to me with the disk completely formatted, without an operating system and without any recoverable information. I recommend avoiding this company even if it is recommended by Amazon.
avoid at all costs!!!
Possibly the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. We sent in a ninebot for repair in the middle of April 2022, they took about three weeks to let us know what the issue was, we had to keep chasing for an update every few days until eventually they conceded that they couldn't repair it and would send a replacement, by this time it was the end of May, they then sent us an email with a link to a portal showing that the replacement was on its way to us. 2 weeks later we still didn't receive the so-called replacement, they then changed their mind and said that they never actually posted the replacement as they didn't have it in stock!!! so obviously a bunch of liars!
They then said that as they didn't have it in stock that we should ask for a credit from the company we bought it from however I explained to sertec that the company no longer existed. Eventually they conceded and agreed to send us a replacement however once again we had to keep chasing every few days when it would be arriving and each time, they gave the same story that they would know further details/update in a few days....
Yesterday (21/7/22) we finally received the replacement over 3 months later!
There are a few things to note here:
1. They didn't keep to the terms of the warranty which clearly states that they will repair or replace like for like or better within 15 working days
2. Every time I spoke to them, they promised to update by telephone/ email the next working day, we requested this around 15 times over the past three months, only on 2 occasions did we ever receive any communication.
3. The scooter we now have is a lesser quality model than what we currently have so they have not kept to the terms of the warranty.
4. If anyone reads this and ever has any issues with their ninebot/segway, do not ever send it to sertec, get it repaired yourself, I would gladly have paid £50-£100 rather than wait three months for the (wrong) scooter to arrive
5. make sure if you ever do decide to make the mistake in sending your repair to sertec that when you speak to them you are in a quiet room by yourself as their phone lines are appalling, you can hardly hear them talking
6. Finally, sertec have now informed me that the replacement scooter which is brand new only has a warranty until the end of the 2 years from the original purchase of the first scooter, so I only have around 7 months left on the new scooter but then again, I wouldn’t send it back to them to get it repaired!
Quick and reliable via Acer warranty
As many people I usually do not leave positive reviews.
But seeing the amount of negative feedback here I feel like I have to do it.
My Acer monitor had a backlight issue during its 2 years of Warranty.
Acer support quickly confirmed the issue and arranged the repair with Sertec 360, pickup and drop via DHL. In less than one week my monitor is back and the issue is gone.
Totally satisfied with the service (but maybe because it's an Acer repair center so it's easier for them).
Fast service and good response time
They received my scooter on 20 May and returned it with replaced folding mechanism on 7 June. So mechanical service was fast. Customer service was great and they replied fast, even though they did not inform me that scooter was already dispatched to me and I got a pleasant surprise when it was delivered back to me. Overall, completely different experience from other negative reviews.

They said my Roomba robot was damaged by water when the robot itself displayed another error message (cliff sensor) and was able to operate and even access the menu. Suddenly in their hands, the robot stopped working and the motherboard reported a WATER DAMAGE in a place with no access to water!
Total dishonest way to get spare parts. Avoid like the plague.
Useless and a rip off
I send my robot for free of charge servicing as withing warranty period. It turned out nothing is covered and had to pay £82 just for the transport fees. Have paid that in full and my robot is still not received 6 weeks since sent. For this mailing charges, anything would arrive next day.. I'm very concerned whether the unit will be in working order anyway, as its only being opened and closed without actually replacing anything.
Horrible the people dont even know who…
Horrible the people dont even know who they work for I called them today to speak to them about my robot that has gone to repair to them. The person answering the phone said she works for acer instead of sertec 360. What a nonsense.
Easy and effective process
My irobot Braava was sent off to them for repair and when I read the reviews of Sertec360 my heart fell as they all seemed so bad. I feel compelled to review because my own experience was the polar opposite of those on here. I sent the unit off one Monday (collected by UPS) and 1 week later received a brand new unit back as a replacement, because the fault couldn't be fixed. I didn't get any comms about the repair, which is a bit of a shame, but the process itself was both easy and effective.
Dishonest and incompetent
Dishonest and incompetent. Only gave 1 star as wasn’t able to give 0. My second dreadful experience with Sertec 360 / Infoteam International following nightmare with an Acer laptop. If I’d known the repair was going to them I would have refused at the outset. FOUR MONTHS AGO sent in a 6 month old, very little used, iRobot i7 Roomba vacuum. They totally fabricated/caused damage to in order for repairs not to be covered under warranty. Claimed it was a power cable which had clearly been cut and crushed - looked like a pair of pliers/snips had been taken to it. So not covered under warranty. Wanted to charge me £106 for a power cable. Luckily I had photos and proof of correspondence with myRobotcenter who I bought it through to show this was not damaged and not the fault. They’ve finally agreed to repair for free. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. STILL don’t have it back 4 months later. Now waiting on part - which according to them was just a common power cable - readily available anywhere. I’ve got the same cables at home. Really standard part. Funny that they now can’t get the part to fix it, even though it’s only a cable that was damaged, not anything that would be covered under warranty………!!!
Shocking company. Avoid at all costs and refuse repairs through them if at all possible. If you can’t, take photos, keep all evidence of comms with them and don’t give up.
Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. Bought 3 electric ninebot scooters from Box and all 3 broke within 3 months even with careful use. Box service awful. 1 sent back in Aug to Serco as had to be repaired still waiting to get it back. A child would be more efficient. AVOID buying from Box in the first place and if you do and it needs fixing Serco shockingly bad.
Incompetence and dishonesty
Avoid Sertec360 at all costs. I sent in my Ninebot Z10 after I got a flat tire. It took them ten weeks, that's 10 weeks, to change the tire and return the wheel to me. Unfortunately, Sertec360 disabled all the electronics: I have no working brake light, no headlight, the battery indicator is out, the speed is capped, and the bluetooth is malfunctioning so that I am unable to pair the wheel with an app. Their sole suggestion after I contacted them was, "send the wheel back to us." They did not admit to making a mistake nor offer an apology. I found Sertec360, a Darty sub-contractor (since I had bought the wheel from Darty) to be as incompetent as they are dishonest.
