Great team and great product!!

Servcorp was a great co-working for my business. the service they provide is rare and very customer-friendly. I engaged the secretaries for tasks other co-working providers wouldn't have done.

Reading other reviews, I just can't understand them. The whole team is so nice and you really get the feeling they care about your well-being. And regarding the charges that I read in the reviews: Well, if you cannot read the contract, surely you will be surprised about charges! Not their fault though! The client manager briefly guided me through the 2-sided contract and kindly asked me to sign only in case I have no further queries. The bottom line is that you really get what you pay for - the luxury fit out, the customer care, the secretary service and the location. And to be honest, other co-working space are not cheaper!

Watch out for the fees and penalties that you end up paying for this company. Once you gave them your credit card, they will use it even if you tell them not to use it any more. There is always an extra cost on your bills, and they charge you a hefty cancellation fee for contract termination regardless of how long you have been a customer with them.

I have never seen such an unprofessional and incompetent team leader like this one at Servcorp Berlin. Who hired that lady?! Very unfriendly, she talks about the clients of the company in a very bad way so that others could listen (me included). Generally, I wasn’t happy at all! Time for a new team!

The team are extremely good and helpful, they take care of each detail to make your work comfortable and smooth.

I strongly recommend Servcorp Berlin for everyone want to start or build his business, you will find all support needed.

Die Ausstattung ist vom Aufzug bis zur Toilette in Top Zustand.

Die einzelnen Offices könnten etwas größer sein, jedoch war ich diesbezüglich immer sehr verwöhnt vorher.

Die WLAN und LAN Verbindung sind äußerst stabil.

Der Service vor Ort ist einfach überragend.
Die Kühlschränke sind zügig und gut befüllt und Wünsche der Mieter werden umgehend umgesetzt.

Hier muss man die Arbeit der Office Managerinnen Meltem,Natalie und Regina mal explizit hervorheben. Bitte macht weiter so und behaltet dies und eure Art genauso bei.

Top location in the heart of Berlin.

The equipment is from the elevator to the toilet in top condition.

The individual offices could be somewhat larger, but I was always very spoiled in this respect before.

The WLAN and LAN connections are extremely stable.

The service on site is simply outstanding.
The refrigerators are fast and well filled and the wishes of the tenants are implemented immediately.

The work of the office managers Meltem, Natalie and Regina has to be emphasized. Please keep it up and keep it and your way.

ServCorp is a great option if you are looking for a private office in a co-working setup around Potsdamer Platz, with their extremely helpful staff, roomy office spaces and with quality furnishing. Although it might be pricier, depending on your setup, than its main competitor around the neighborhood, ServCorp is not crowded and mostly pretty quiet, as a working place should be.
