Bad Service, Worst Support (Non existing)
I'm paying for a Teamspeak 3 server from this provider for around 3 years and when I thought it couldn't get any worst, here I am with my Teamspeak server down for 1 week.
Last week my server stopped working and the provider site was also down, which made impossible the access to the support page. 3 days after the site started working so I opened a ticket to the support team and waited, however, it was Friday and I noticed a warning that now the support doesn't work on the weekends! So, if you pay for a service to work 24/7, the weekend is not included? 1 week now since the server went down and still no response from the support. I had the same kind of issues in the past, server would go down, I would open a ticket and I wait for an answer, but nothing. Eventually the server would start working again, but the support gave no feedback.
Awful service. Would not recommend you to pay them for any kind of service.
