I recently switched from Virtual Gladiators, to Fluctis hosting over to ServerMiner. All I can say is that although their prices may be a little expensive, you know you are getting a good service. I am so glad that I brought from them, have had no problems. Constant 20tps on vanilla 1.15.2 (2048mb Ram Plan)

Best customer service ever. The tech helpers spend time to make sure everything works and will explain things to you.

These people are wondeful, I didnt want to pay the extra for the support package but im glad i did. They are extremely helpful and friendly and fix your problems quickly once they get to them. The only problem ive had is they take a bit to respond to tickets sometimes but honestly I dont mind as im sure its because they are just busy.

I've had nothing but a brilliant experience with ServerMiner. I've had quick replies to my support tickets, alongside super easy installs and modpack changes. Not to mention, they're cheap! Please, if you're looking for a server, go with these guys. They're amazing.

After several months of being with ServerMiner, we've experienced 100% uptime and found support to be very responsive and helpful. (Allowing for time zone differences.) Our server is pretty resource-intensive and it runs without lag. We've yet to experience even a single issue with hosting hardware and opened a second server with ServerMiner. Their control panel is exceptionally easy to use. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable hosting at reasonable prices and great support. We would not be more pleased!

I used ServerMiner for about 7 months and had no problems at all. The server never went down and it was easy to use another world from my computer and you could quickly install plugins. I recommend it to anyone as it is also very affordable.

Ever since I moved to serverminer, my servers have been flawless, plugin setup has been easier than ever, mod-packs is a click-away and the support is fast, reliable and friendly. They're also always open to suggestions which makes it feel like they're helping the community by being within the community. Thanks for the server, been using you guys for 4 months already.

From all of them SM is literaly the best, the set up is fast, the control pannel is simply so easy tu use, the staff reply to you in like few minutes. The server itself, Was playing a big moded minecraft pack, was lagging as hell on a random host 10GO RAM. Took a 6GO RAM for the exact same modpack, did put my save in it, everything work just fine, no lags.
Perfect, i do recomend.

Been using serverminer for three months now and migrated a large server with a lot of plugins and complex database. Absolutely excellent , no lag, no ping, uptime is perfect. CPUs on servers are excellent.

Just bought a server with ServerMiner and I am super happy with it. The staff are super helpful and there is NO LAG! on the server, Fantastic.

I was looking for minecraft hosting options which were not too expensive and perform decent performance-wise. I tried quite a few options (including hosting a server over a VPS). Amongst all my options, Serverminer outperformed everything.

The good things about Serverminer are:
- Affordable hosting
- Easy 1-click setup
- Great performance
- Upgrade easily
- Amazing mod/modpack/plugin support (the SMpicnic control panel is insanely good)
- Great customer support (though I never had to contact support as everything just works perfectly, I’ve seen quite a few people say that Serverminer support is awesome).

ServerMiner is good it works perfectly fine when you rent a server and they are really helpful if you get in trubbel with your server. So i highly recommend ServerMiner!

After the last server i helped run for K12 died (different host) I found Server miner, and it works amazingly well for what i wanted in the server. It runs smoothly, and if it doesn't, the staff is fantastic and usually have it fixed in less than 30minutes. The plugins and mods available are excellent; they have everything from Hexxit to Sevtech!

Overall I've had an amazing experience with serverminer. I bought the coal package along with technical support for only $20 a month. At first I thought that might be a bit much for my budget, but after my experience with Chris D, a serverminer technician (I believe), that all changed. Not only did he help me optimize my plugins but he also did most of my server permissions for roles since I don't have time to myself! Serverminer has been amazing so far and I absolutely cannot WAIT to get my server out and about on my college campus! And maybe if things end up going well I'll have to purchase a higher level package! Lol! Thanks to all the people who made this so easy, affordable and quick; you guys are the best!
