Personally, Servers.Digital has the best customer service out there! Quick reponses, helpful and polite. All my questions were answered to the fullest and I was helped quite a fair bit with setting a couple of things up. It's very cheap compared to most hosting companies out there. I'd highly recommend any service from this company.

I've bought many services from servers.digital such as ts3 and I can say am disappointed to how long it takes to set up a ts3 server it should be instantly not be waiting hours to days. Customer support is zero feels like you're talking to a bot load of rubbish about 247 support. I've got Invoices as proof if you want to try to take down my review.

Nothing more to say really than the customer support is quick and accessible, they helped me with all my questions and dispuits. I have had nothing but fast and reliable service. The server setup after payment verification is instant. I am currently renting one of there Music BOTS and they even went out their way to switch servers so the Bot had no issues with connectivity. I would recommend Servers.Digital to anyone looking for fast and reliable services!

Teamspeak servers are great, low prices, reliable and luke t was there to help me through it!

Servers.Digital Ltd is my go to hosting provider for our Arma 3 Roleplay Community, we purchase a Dedicated Server from them and since launch it's been absolutely perfect, no lag, no downtime and excellent customer service.

Not only do I have a dedicated server with them, I also have a TeamSpeak plus plan with them, a music bot and other various services. I can't fault them on anything.

Purchased a Dedicated Server from them and with a 6 minute gap between my confirmation email and the email that contained my server's login details you can't go wrong with a dedicated server being setup in 6 minutes.

Customer service is outstanding, they don't lie when they say they have 24/7 support, I've contacted them via phone and live chat and both staff members was polite and solved my questions without and hassle.

I'd just had a bad experience with a large minecraft hosting company - they wouldn't even respond to verify my payment, so Servers.Digital was the next one to try.

I was genuinely impressed with how flawlessly and seamlessly everything that comes with hosting was packed together with Servers.Digital - I was able to, automatically, choose, pay and have hosted my server. Adding plug-ins was completely painless as they did provide FTP server access (which is a huge boon to the more technical side) and I can tell you from the nights I spent trying to troubleshoot servers in the past, I practically cried, Servers.Digital not only provided me with excellent tools, but information and choice that I was able to automatically find and resolve my issues with no trouble at all. I was entirely prepared to spend a number of days troubleshooting, but with this service, I was done almost as soon as I had made my choices

I purchased a Minecraft server with unlimited slots for 1 year. It was the cheapest one I could find anywhere. I was surprised to find out that my server was up and running withing 10 minutes and did not go down ever throughout the whole year (unless I put it down / rebooted it). The live support staff helped me out a lot when I was trying to mod, they responded instantly and helped me with all my problems. I still purchase the server now and have done for the past 2 years. I highly recommend using this server hosting provider.
