Great in the first 2 months - service went bad after.
I was subscribed to their "Cheap VPS Plan" of $8/mo. I switched from another VPS provider of only $6/mo but they ran out of New York Servers.
I've been satisfied with their service for the first 2 months where the speed is satisfactory and never encountered a downtime.
However, this past 2 weeks has been horrible and I thought it was my own ISP as I have began to trust Servers9's bandwidth. But just 2 days ago, I switched ISP, tested them, and they passed with flying colors.
But I'm still unable to RDP when I needed to so I was unable to check why the trades in my MT4 EAs have been in a losing streak but the Demo accounts running in my PC aren't - And they're usually in-sync.
Finally was able to login and found out that the MT4s are having connection problems and EAs orders are not being sent on time. Complained to support of the details but they just replied with this -
"Hello
Sorry for poor speed, while it is shared bandwidth speed could differ in every hour.
Thank You
Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions

The speed when I'm able to connect this past 2 weeks was a measly 1Mbps and when I can't I presume less than that or even 0 as MT4 has connection problems. And the problem is rampant from Asia session to London session. And from their reply - they're not going to do anything about it. So I won't be coming back.
Poor service. Use this VPS if you want your EAs to lose money or you don't need to use RDP or bandwidth isn't very important.

Sorry to know that you hurt! Actually we are working to launch a new site with new packages where 'Cheap VPS' will no longer be an options. We always prefer user's satisfactions on 'Uptime', 'Security' and 'Speed'! Looks like we have failed on 'Speed' for you! Yes there was a lack of investigation on your problems to find what causing your servers slow bandwidth! Sorry for that! In previous experience we saw, sometime slight network issues, which caused slow speed, but it was fixed quickly. In your case we thought it was usual shared bandwidth issue while others servers on the same network was ok! For your information, all of our cloud servers are on the top tier data center where highly skilled engineers and professionals are monitoring servers 24 hours a day and 7 days a week! Network and hardware failure fixed quickly when happened, and you saw that! As you told there was no downtime in your 2 months experience! Sorry again for you, we will try to do better next time.
