The only cases where you don't receive your key after purchasing is when either your bank declines the transaction or Kinguin marks it as fraud (when you use a stolen credit card illegally). Both of these events do not bill your card or PayPal account. You can pay with crypto to avoid such restrictions.

alot of supported games, only use their built in scripts
i mean, it has alot of supported game, the problem is that i got blacklisted after 10 minutes of buying it. i recommend buying if youre only using the scripts that they already have built in, and also in the blacklist message it says that u can contact support if you belive it was a mistake. but i read some of the anwsers. and this guy who responds says that they do not offer support to blackisted users 🥀🥀🥀

Updated over a dozen times this past year. Service hasn’t been down 1 second in over year.
My premium got removed.
I Used to have premium but it randomly got removed. Premium does not have a blacklist policy + i sent a email and have not gotton a reply in 1 year+ days when they promised a 24 hour reply. I have screenshots off of kinguin and a screenshot of it being redeemed but randomly got switched to free.
Their reply is false, first take a look at how long it took them to reply. i have emailed their support with no reply and all the details.

Scam, don’t buy it.
I used 15$ on this website, just to get blacklisted 3 days later. Do NOT buy from this website as they are just gonna blacklist you after a few days.
Edit: I just realized why I got blacklisted and I understand why, but like if I pay I shouldn’t be able to follow some stupid «tos» and pay extra just to bypass it. Like backdooring games is already breaking Roblox’s tos.

they dont respond on their email
my discord account got banned so i lost access to my serverside.fun account and i messaged them on their email and they never responded ive literally waited months and 0 response. other people have had issues of them not responding on their email
edit: its against discord tos to transfer a product to another account? thats not really against the discord tos.

We don't reinstate whitelists if your discord account gets banned. If we did, we would violate discord tos which is something we do not want to do because we use them for authentication.

I bought serverside for 50 euro and deep regret.
I bought serverside for 50 euro, They say that I get "private games", I was shocked when i saw what games actually I got for 50 dollars.. it was terrible there is 4 games who play max 150 people and that is not "Private games" and if I try to join through the server in any of their experiences Mostly it will say "this place is restricted" I spent 50 dollars on nothing, people please do not buy this if you are not ready to get scammed. And I know serverside will now lie about me but that just shows that im winning.

No, I'm not blacklisted yet, but the available games are HORRIBLE. I really need a refund but I can't since I already claimed the key. If yall want a executor, just use free client side. It supports all games than this trash which only supports some random kids game.
