First time im using service box
First time im using service box. The only problem was there was no break down of any fees or any excess. I had to find that information myself.
Hopefully wont have to use them and my appliance keeps working as it should.

New machine order implemented straight away after numerous problems with the one i had insured with them. Delivery within 5 days and old one taken away plus new insurance set up which is cheaper. Ashley was very polite and friendly plus efficient
