I have been with this company since…
I have been with this company since January. But what I didn't know if you wanted to cancel your agreement your told you cant, because your in a 12 month contract. But when asked when did I sign a contract get told you haven't signed a contract. So how the hell can you be in a 12 month contract if you haven't agreed to it . Bloody con im taking it to Trading Standards this isnt the right way to treat a customer

Been with service box for a few years now and the service i receive from them every time is top class as soon as I report a fault with any appliance it is booked straight away and fixed within a few days and the recent issue because its the 3rd time reporting they have straight away told me they will replace the item for the monthly fee I pay I cant ever think about not having this policy

Had my freezer go again in less than 7…
Had my freezer go again in less than 7 months
Same problem got home from work door shut beeping and warm inside food ruined.
repare was for over a week later
I couldn't get it done as was working so now being looked at in March

Thankfully, we managed to reschedule your repair earlier than originally planned which worked out to be a few days after you reported the issue with your freezer.
