Absolutely HATE this company. How can you work in the service industry and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plug ins regularly fail, their communication is non existent even if you pay for the support add on… regularly do not receive invoices for charges, subscriptions add on will randomly alter customer data on renewal job cards, badges don’t transfer over etc… don’t even understand how they are still in business. Servicem8 should just start offering these options with their software and eliminate us relying on useless plug in companies who don’t care about helping their customers
Absolute appauling customer service, support is non existent. Communication? You might as well bang your head against a brick wall. I like the functionality of the add-ons but is it worth the price. NO! If the support and customer service were as good then maybe yes. Support request over a month ago and still no word. Don't waste your money on these losers.
Fraudulent Scammers. Like many others, we are still getting charged by ServiceGuru.co.uk for no reason. It's impossible to cancel or stop them unless you cancel your credit card. Awful. Steer well away from them.
I have canceled all Seville’s from them at least a 12 months ago and they continue to charge me. They fraudulently charge me do not use them as they are terrible at handling customer service and thieves.
We have purchased several ad-dons total subscription value approx 65 GBP per month. 1,5 months ago they all stopped working, have been communicating with ServiceGuru since then, but all what we receive are apologies that this issue is being solved, but nothing changes. Access to the system ha been granted so they just need to login and look. Today I received support comment that they need more detailed info what is not working??? Seriously? After 1,5 month of investigation? The most saddest thing is that there is nothing you can do about it, just write emails and wait for nothing. Please consider using other partner, than ServiceGuru. This is bright example that shows how great solutions can be ruined by not so motivated people. Very disappointing as we have built very important business solutions on these ad-dons.
I am being billed for add ons that were cancelled months ago and cannot get anyone to take accountability or stop these charges.
They never reply to emails or call you back.
Avoid at all costs
We have had an open ticket with this company since May 2022 - they will not take our calls or answer our emails. We have tried for months to get a response (literally calling every day). Please avoid!
Absolutely awful best describes ServiceGuru.

This is the worst company, please dont use them.
They are a one man show who is so sly. Once you have paid them they keep asking for more money and if you dont pay they stop allowing you to use the work you had paid them for.
Worst company ever
When you call they don’t call back and when you press them that it is urgent they just hang up on you. Typical of the current computer based generation of shoddy service providers who, because they have you at arm’s length, think they can treat you poorly and provide an appalling level of service.
The receptionist was actually rude. Avoid at all costs.
Hi ServiceGuru's team is always helpful, I am using several add-ons.
We purchased a service from ServiceGuru that has fallen so far short of what was promised it is laughable. We have had to chase for weeks on end to get any kind of response. I strongly recommend avoiding at all costs.
ServiceGuru and ServiceM8 both charge for their add-on so in effect the charges are doubled. ServiceGuru blame ServiceM8 and ServiceM8 blame ServiceGuru.
After having an in depth conversation with David i now have a real understanding of their processes. I have decided to change my review as i do genuinely feel Service Guru are miles ahead of their competitors (and i have use 4 other service partners for ServiceM8 over the years) I still think there is still room for improvement but hey... we are all evolving right... no one if perfect but i do feel service guru will, as they do do anyway.. address any issues may they arise. My pervious review was out of frustration but i'm now happy and really appreciate having the conversation.
