Had an engineer booked for an all day…

Had an engineer booked for an all day call on Saturday 16th. Husband waited in all day as we had no heating or hot water only to get a notification around 3.30 to say they wouldn't now be coming and had booked us in for Sunday.
Complained to them about this as he missed a planned meal out to wait for them due to the urgency of getting the heating and water back on but they weren't interested. All I got was a hollow 'sorry', some lame cant be bothered type excuse and they blamed our insurance company. They quoted 2k more for a new boiler than 3 other quotes we go too!!
