Yash, who visited my property for cleaning. His service was extremely worst—he left my house dirty and also damaged my blinds and property. Despite my efforts to reach him via phone and messages, he has not responded.

I don't know why they would have such service provider. Where I would take you to ACCC if things are not fixed.

It is terrible, basically a scam. They hassle yoy constantly to sign up and you do then they send you terrible leads that are not worth it and also there are hardly any leads. You pay for it before they make you jump through all the hoops to finalise your profile. Whilst still deducting yoy for the leads they send you even though you can’t even access them or contact the person because you haven’t even FINISHED SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT!! Asked for a refund and they gave me the usual oh no you signed no refund in initial policy blah blah. SCAM SCAM DONT BOTHER

Maybe i,m not paying the top dollar for leads,dont get me wrong yes i have picked up a few jobs along the way but it just seems the contacts i,m recieving at the moment for my trade,clients want the bottom dollar cheapest prices,we charge fairly but not outrageously.What i do not understand is why clients cant pick up the phone or look to search out trades.

For trades... this is a complete scam and con - If they are legit at all... they have over subscribed in spectacular fashion... for our 200 leads... i can say 100% are closed within 12 hours (ie so many trades replied... the cleint has closed the lead... yet as a trade.. im still paying for the lead that has closed... it would also be accurate to say 99% of leads... are closed within 1 hr... i have had leads come through at 4am... that are closed by 5am... have completely given up on even bothering to respond and written off the subscription fee as a scam.... for trades... strongly advise to take the fee and burn it.. it will be lest costly than spending the time on chasing fake leads... or spend the cash on google seo...

I have noticed they are not a correct with distance service range, for example if u have it set as 20km they will send u a lead saying its 15km when it's really about 25 30km away which would be outside what u askdd fir and they wont refund the lead .They have done this multiple times. Just be wary and make sure the distance they state in the lead is correct.

Minimum amount you can spend is $100 before knowing the quality of the service. Takes $2 for every lead even if you don't bid on the job. Unethical, doesn't give refunds. Should have a cool off period if you're taking $100 off the bat.

I’m trying to contact them trying to open leads it takes me to dead end page trying to call them the bot keeps answering saying they will call back why don’t they hire people to answer absolute nonsense and I’ve already paid the $100 for 45 leads can’t access any I’m done with this company

I POSTED A LAWN MOWING JOB IN CAMERON PARK NSW TO BE DONE EACH FORTNIGHT. ONCE THE JOB WAS POSTED THEY SAID THAT 14 CONTACTS WERE AVAILABLE TO DO THE JOB . TOTAL RUBBISH _ MOST OF THE CONTACTS WERE NOT INTO LAWN MOWING !!! I RECIVED ONE CONTACT WHICH I REJECTED. NO FOLLOW UP FROM SERVICE SEEKING AS TO THE EXPERIENCE. I WENT TO AIRTASKER AND POSTED THE SAME AD AND RECEIVED 8 GENUINE QUOTES IN A DAY. WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!! DONT WATE YOUR TIME WITH SERVICE SEEKING. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

As a tradie, i would say please dont waste your money on this website. 90% of the leads i got i couldn't get the contact number of the customer because it says this customer received too many calls. and the ones i could call they would tell me they never posted any ads and had no idea how their number got there. i cancelled my sub and will never go back

Waste of money and time
Business could pay for leads but leads don't come through anyway as what ever leads come through serviceseeking way to many business try to grab them therefore many businesses miss out even get a chance to get in touch with potential leads

Just run away from this company. They stole $75 which was my groceries to feed myself and my 2 kids. Desperate for work and tried this site but they’ll just steal from desperate people. They also won’t refund you even if you haven’t used the site.

This is a doggy website. I didnt get any single job after paying 450$ almost. Fake leads all day. Waste of money and time..very pissed off

To all the businesses, do not waste your time.
I was unable to give no stars as there is no option.
I was scammed into a plan for $997.
Almost 5 months and only 1 lead after contacting them of no leads. On the preview listing, it displays 5/12 quotes and 49 website clicks however, my profile page displays zero times on their directory but clicked 49 times??? I spoke to support and suggested there was nothing wrong on their end.
I wonder what the response will be after I cancel my subscription before next billing, maybe a different website.

Have posted several jobs on this site however, same day service is non existent and what you get are very few quotes if any at all, overall this site does not deliver what it promises.

Dont event accept the lead still being taken away lead balance. Fake leads
Be aware that you cant opt out for auto top up when lead balance lows, and again event you dont accept any

Jason contacted me about the job I had posted asked for Photos to save me money as he could come prepared. Rang me when on his way arrived on time the job was not straight forward but he worked thru the problems efficiently and charged me less than I was expecting already recommended him to a friend .

They post fake job leads. They have people working for them and they tell them to post fake job leads and come up with a fake job they want done. For example one of their fake names are Pheobus, some Asian dude who cant event speak English.

she allowed me to record the phone conversation and explained that people have been asking for robert for a while
now no response from the support

Have spoken to support, played recording and had lead credit refunded so that’s a star, still a bit bothered about putting time in to be wasted but that’s business. gonna give ‘em a go still as the service I received from jay over the phone was very professional, there’s another star
The first lead has also turned into a seemingly solid booking so a star on that

I signed up to service seeking after a 2 year absence for $75 and promised 28 leads. Now the problem is I click onto the leads and some attachment pops up and says I need a security check in which I have done already. My balance is getting sucked up with not one lead been contacted. I contacted the support person in my area and she said ( her name is Hannah} she would fix the problem. After 3 days still not fixed. Tried to contact her and Customer service and all you get is a phone message saying leave a message. They are from the Philipines who don't care a s**T about the very people who funds them, I left emails and still no response. They're a scam stay away.
