Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with sesissle.fr.

I ordered flowers for a time-sensitive occasion with a confirmed delivery window, but they were never delivered. After multiple calls, I was informed that the delivery wouldn’t happen due to a payment dispute between the platform and the florist.

As a result, an important occasion was missed. This is highly unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this service.

Update (April 14):
After I emailed in the evening of the anniversary requesting a refund and expressing my disappointment, the flowers were delivered the next day in the afternoon, way too late for the ocassion.

To make things worse, the recipient was contacted outside the delivery hours I had specified. There was clearly no proper communication or organization.

Overall, a complete fiasco that wasted even more of my time (3 emails sent to sessil.fr, 1 email and 4 calls with the initiaI flowrist which decided not to work with sessil.fr because he doesn’t agree to their payment terms). I strongly do not recommend this service.

Flowers looked nothing like the ones…

Flowers looked nothing like the ones ordered. I mean not remotely, including color scheme, size , type of flowers. Particularly selected a bouquet for childbirth to be delivered to hospital. A simple bouquet of lilies came - lilies being flowers that 1) need care, including cutting pieces that contain pollen otherwise they make huge mess 2) have intense smell, which can be irritating to newborn. Poorly thought out overall.

Flowers Never Delivered

The flowers have unfortunately not arrived. I ordered them on February 11th and wanted them to be delivered on February 14th at 9 a.m. To this day, I still have not received any clear information about what happened.

I did receive an email stating that the flowers had been delivered and asking how I liked them. I found this somewhat provocative and disappointing. I replied to that email asking where the delivery had gone, as I, as mentioned, have not received the flowers.

So far, I have not received any response. If anything changes, I will update this, but at present, I am very dissatisfied.

I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for Valentine’s Day, and I never received them. Today was the supposed delivery date, and nothing arrived.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I found many similar reviews online. This is clearly not the first time this has happened.

We tried calling the phone number listed on the website, and the person who answered said they no longer work with this company. Despite that, the company is still using their number. So there is absolutely no way to contact customer service.

They took our money, but we received nothing. No flowers. No updates. No explanations.

Their website and Instagram make them look very professional and reliable, but the reality is completely different. This is very misleading.

I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service.

The flowers arrived a day late

The flowers arrived a day late. Then they only delivered one of the two bouquets. Then they left the card behind. And one flower was broken at the stem.

I emailed Sessile and have never got a reply. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered flowers in advance for my partner's birthday. We were arriving in reunion island on the day of her birthday, and the flowers were supposed to be at the hotel......no flowers ever arrived. Contact with sessile and their contractor proved useless and I never received a refund or apology. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

A Perfect Flower Delivery Experience

Hi,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this company for their professionalism and exceptional customer service.

I ordered flowers from another country for a girl who lives in France. Since I don’t speak French, I was a bit worried that there might be some misunderstandings or difficulties in communication. But to my great surprise, everything went perfectly!

After placing and paying for the order, I sent an email with all the delivery details — who the flowers were for, when they should be delivered, and that no additional documents should be included, only the bouquet itself. The company carefully considered all my requests and followed them precisely.

The courier contacted me several times by phone — he called me internationally from France to confirm details, discuss timing, and make small adjustments when necessary. He also kept in touch with the recipient to ensure everything went smoothly. I was truly impressed by such dedication and professionalism.

I was kept informed throughout the entire process and always knew what was happening. The delivery went flawlessly, and the recipient received the flowers right on time. The bouquet was stunning — fresh, vibrant, and wonderfully fragrant.

I’m absolutely delighted with this company and will definitely order from them again in the future. They have proven that they truly care about their customers and deliver at the highest professional level. I don’t want to experiment with any other services — I know I can fully rely on these people.

Problem with pickup order (refunded after 3 weeks).

Avoid this place!
After ordering flowers over the website and setting best preferences for pickup at shop (date and time). We couldn't reach there by that time and tried to pickup the order next day.
For surprise we were told that flower is not there anymore!
So I've sent them an e-mail about this issue without any response at all!
I didn't expected that treatment for this price!
Don't tell me they couldn't store the flower atleast one or two days more for this price...or atleast comunicate it with you. Instead of sending only one mail the order was completed 😡

Update:
After 3 weeks, I received a refund for my order. Increasing my review from 1 to 2 stars for acknowledging the issue and processing the refund, but I am still disappointed with the overall experience and lack of timely communication. I am also unsure whether the problem was due to an issue with the website service or the flower shop where the pickup was supposed to be made.

Didn’t receive flowers

I ordered flowers to my friend staying in Paris, and she never received the flowers. I was so excited when I received the delivery confirmation email but was so disappointed to hear that she never received them. I was also very upset because it was supposed to be a suprise for her birthday, and I had to ruin the surprise because I was nervous about if she got them.

Flowers were fine, but they called recipient

The flowers were nice, but I did my like that you called the recipient to ask which flowers they wanted. You could have called me. It was no longer a surprise if you ask the recipient to pick.

It doesn't get any better than this!

The bouquet was tasteful and absolutely stunning. Other places use very common flowers and all bouquets end up looking the same, this was definitely not the case here as there were some flowers in the bouquet that I had never seen before. The artists did a great job and it was delivered on the time that was scheduled. Wonderful product and experience!
