Unprofessonal Attitude Frankfurt Store
Their website said that a specific amp was available in their store in Frankfurt. I called them to confirm this. When I got there, it turned out that they themselves had labelled the amp wrongly so that they did in fact not have it in the store. I gave them my name and number and they said they would get back to me, since they told me that they had one in their storage. They never called me and I knew the would not. Actually this was not really the worst since - mistakes happens. However, the guitar people in the Frankfurt Store were rather unprofessional about the mistake. They thought it was rather funny and were more or less reluctant to spend time to call the other place getting the amp to their store. That was my first and last trip to Session in Frankfurt. If you want customer-centric treatment, go somewhere else e.g. take the trip to Thomann instead.
